Good hotel but gym facilities are poor and airport taxi driver didn’t arrive, leaving me stranded at 4am in the rain despite pre booking weeks in advance. Room service offer could also be improved as restaurant downstairs is very good

Pleasant stay
It was a nice and pleasant stay. I liked the facilities and the hotel overall. Staff is hospitable, attentive and supportive of guests' needs. I'd like to mention Antar, Front Office receptionist, who helped me a lot on the last day to arrange my departure to the airport in the morning and supported with a piece of advice as per Yandex taxi booking. the standards are really kept high in the hotel and I appreciated my short but memorable stay in there. Thank you.
