Beautiful hotel, very modern the front desk extremely helpful and knowledgeable walkable lotta conveniences around the hotel for restaurant supermarkets other services that they have there like getting a Sim card very clean comfortable!

Globally, a good experience, good service, nice choice of buffet for the breakfast, quite area, well located, not far from airport and railway station. Close to the beautiful museum of applied arts. Towels were changed a bit too often, it would be preferable to offer the clients the choice of keeping them.

Great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, tastefully done. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi with good speed and the availability of parking. I will definitely come back to 5WOOD again

Ok hotell med litt å gå på
Servicen er relativt bra, men kunne tidvis opplevast noko avvisande. Då me som eit eksempel spurte om kvar me kunne finne ein minibank var svaret "nedi gata" og det var ikkje mulig å få særleg meir instruks om kvar me skulle gå anna enn "ned i gata og ut". Romet elles var ok, men litt grått. Handduken på romet vårt var så utsliten at den bokstaveleg talt rakna i frå kvarandre og var heilt fillete, så her har dei litt å gå på. Hotellet har eit område nede med eit lite basseng, sauna, og steamrom. Me booka det for 1 time (ein må booke på førehand i resepsjonen) og då me kom ned var ikkje sauna eller steamrom skrudd på. Dette er ting som tek lang tid å varme opp, og saunaen kom aldri opp i ein brukandes temperatur. På steamromet var der ikkje lys, men sjølve steamfunksjonen fungerte bra. Hotellet har også flyplasstransport som er litt dyr, men servicen var veldig god og dette kan anbefalast om du har mykje bagasje (lokaltaxiane er små og vil ikkje ta deg med om du har mykje koffertar). Generelt er hotellet heilt greit og dei ansatte er hyggelege, men der er litt å gå på for å få toppkarakter.

住宅街の中にある静かなホテルだった。 予約する人には迷いやすいのでタクシーで行く事をおすすめしたい。ホテルスタッフは丁寧に対応してくれる。 地下にはプールとサウナがあって、前日に利用予定時間を伝えて追加料金無しで利用出来た。
