"We had a wonderful time and the hotel was spotless and very clean. Staff were friendly and attentive and the entertainment team were engaging and activities were good and varied. Food was fresh and lots of choice. Lunch at the beach restaurant was a lovely setting and friendly staff. Lots to do but also able to sit and relax by the pool whilst the kids enjoyed the water slides. Foam party was great fun and the pool inflatable was a big hit. Loved our evenings in the lobby bar upstairs playing cards and staff there were very good. Room amenities were excellent with soft drinks and snacks refilled daily and bathroom items also replenished. Room was a good size with a balcony and able to request room clean daily if needed. Although the piers were not open or a couple of bar areas this was understandable as it’s not main season and the areas were being done up/maintained. Shop onsite is expensive and would suggest bringing pool items/snacks for the kids with you. The spa was excellent and the treatments we had for both kids and adults were fantastic - would recommend. Also the use of the steam room, sauna and gym is included and we did this daily. This is a fab hotel and would definitely come back. "

"The staff are very pleasant and helpful everywhere in the hotel - from the rooms to the beach to the kids club and restaurants Room cleaning has been outstanding We loved every bit of the food and the variety. We had the chance to eat at Turquoise severally, people’s, the Italian one, the food court and Aksam. Access to the Land of Legends was also exquisite. Would definitely do this again "

"I came with my family including two young children and the services provided was excellent. There were activities and shows throughout the day and evening to keep the children entertained. All the staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel made sure we were comfortable "

That said, this hotel completely exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. The hotel itself is stunning – every detail was clearly thought through with care and style. Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. And the food? Absolutely fantastic. Every meal we had, from breakfast to dinner, was fresh with loads of options. It’s rare we find a place that checks all our boxes, but this one absolutely did."

"Aside from the incredible food which was the best food I've ever had on an all inclusive ( variety and quality is top). The staff is absolutely incredible. They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with genuine smile. The trainer in the gym (Firat) is incredible. Super nice and helpful. Overall, would highly recommend and this is not a paid ad nor anyone told me to write it like other places. A true genuine review. Would definitely come back here for the incredible staff and treatment and of course the beautiful and well maintained property. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon special "
