"The house was nice - not as big as it looks in the pictures but these are an accurate reflection of the place overall. It’s well-located and very quiet although a map would have been very helpful. Check-in and engagement was good but we did have to wait a while for a response to a (minor) pre-arrival query. The property was generally clean and very tidy. "The Gun Room was very nicely kitted out. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bedroom was very comfortable and bright. One thing I would say is that the sofa is very small and not very comfortable! There is however a TV in the bedroom for lounging. The outside space is lovely and we had some great weather to enjoy it. We had our dog with us so the garden was great but the road was very busy so for a longer walk we had to go in the car. "
