"Phillipe is an excellent host. The house is spotlessly clean, safe and in an very good location near the St. Just funicular metro stop. It has a kitchen and a very nice living room and bedroom upstairs. We very much hope to stay there again. "

"Arrivée à l’hébergement facile. Surpris par le manque de propreté. La cuisine est équipée de très vieux ustensiles, plats et autres. La vaisselle et les verres étaient à relaver. La maison est meublée et décorée de manière trop personnelle. C’était gênant par moment. Nous ne renouvellerons pas l’expérience."

"Place was fantastic. Hosts were very welcoming. The property was a highlight of our 4 week holiday. We cancelled wine tours in the region to just stay in the property for 3 days. Would stay again, and have recommended to friends and family."

"You never know what to expect when you book a European hotel. I was pleased to find a very nice river front property. Clean, well maintained, excellent staff, good European breakfast, large room, great quiet location in Vieux Lyon across the river from Bellecour. Easy walk to many restaurants and cafes. Don’t be swayed by photos of the simple exterior. It is much nicer on the inside. "
