"Great location, with a short walk to the beach and town. Our room was quiet and had a wonderful sea view. Plenty of nice seating areas around the hotel. Staff were very efficient, helpful and polite. The food was good quality with plenty of choices. "

"A traditional hotel close to the town centre. very clean comfortable beds .We went to watch a show at the pavilion came back at 10.30 the bar was shut,luckily we could go into the town centre to finish our evening."

"Nice pool and sauna. Good location central of bournemouth. Staff was excelllent, our first night the rooms air conditioning was broken and it was late when we got back so we just tried sleeping and figured we'd talk to member of staff about it the next day. We did just that and they changed our room for us. Downside is that they didnt clean the room on the third day despite us leaving the room fairly early, could be because of the room change though, so not sure. We did ring up for fresh new towels and they accommodated us with that at least."

"This was my 3rd visit. The hotel is like home from home, it has a lovely atmosphere. The staff couldn't be more helpful, the building is old and they do a good job of keeping it clean. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. "

"We had an enjoyable stay particularly as all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they did not provide evening meals however there are plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Breakfast was a delight. If we decide to visit the area again in the future this hotel would be on our list of places to stay."
