"Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "

"We were pleasantly surprised for the very reasonable price in late March, to get a whole suite, very large veranda (vs. other rooms), nice marble all over the place and an excellent breakfast buffet! "It was just average in every means! a bit worn out, but on other hand very quiet and free parking. if you drive north from Rome, it makes sense for a great price. nice people are running the place and I got good dinner. had bno time to wait for breakfast, though"
