"Every thing about my stay was wonderful. I was checked in and out smoothly by “Mr Marshed” I think. He upgraded me to the 12th floor to a better view. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Booked a club lounge room for drinks and snacks in the evening as my 3 previous visits. On check in was told the times for breakfast, lunch and evening snacks in the club lounge. When entering the club lounge in the evening I was told I had to book and pay extra for food and drinks due to Ramadan. The hotel said a message should have been sent but I received nothing. Had to take room service as the only option. I pointed out on their website that they still advertise club room access at a higher price."
