Great location for the beach and sunsets. The apartment was clean and airy and Elena very helpful, as was Iker. Good and speedy communication. This was our third visit which says it all.

Great little place, awesome view

This place is all about the views of kitesurfers. From your terrace, you have an amazing front row seat to watch the show. These guys (and a few girls) are phenomenal-out in any weather, set against the backdrop of Morocco across the strait. Couldn’t stop snapping pics. Unit is well equipped and cozy, checkin and out easy, nearby restaurants great. Lots of fun.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, nicht ganz so schönes Umfeld

Das Domizil von Iker hält wirklich, was die Fotos versprechen. Vergleichsweise luxuriöse Küchenausstattung, grandioser Blick auf den Atlantik, wunderschöne Terrasse und insgesamt eine wirklich schöne Wohnung. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, ist die Umgebung. Die Lage ist zwar wunderbar direkt am Meer, die Anlage selbst von außen ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, fast wie eine Festung. Was man allerdings wissen muss, ist, dass Tarifa die europäische Hauptstadt des Windes ist und man demzufolge wirklich ständig einem starken Wind ausgesetzt ist. Für Surfer toll, für uns leider gar nicht. Aber wer Wind mag und sich nicht am Äußerlichen der großen Wohnanlage stört, der findet mit dieser Wohnung einen sehr angenehmen Ort. Was ein wenig gestört hat, ist die Bar am Strand, die zuweilen ziemlich laute Musik macht, zum Glück nicht durchgängig. Zusätzlich kann ich noch sagen, dass Iker ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber ist, der sehr schnell antwortet. Die Organisation hat perfekt geklappt, und dank Elena haben wir den Ort auch sehr schnell gefunden. Wäre der Wind nicht, würden wir gern wiederkommen...

Liebevoll und perfekt eingerichtete Wohnung direkt am Sandstrand mit Meersicht

Die Wohnung besticht durch die traumhafte Lage. Sie ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Auch zum Kochen ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich sehr willkommen.

Stunning sea view

Iker's place is wonderfully located just few meters from the beach and five minutes walking to the center of the Town. The view of the Playa de Los Lances from the terrace is stunning, you can even spot Africa! The apartament is full of light and fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay; it's even better than on the pictures, everything is new. The decoration is so tasteful and relaxing! The communication with Iker and Elena was very easy and quick. I would definitely recommend this accomodation

El apartamento es mucho mejor que las fotos. Vistas espectaculares al mar desde su terraza. Desayunar allí era una pasada, las puestas de sol estar allí ... He disfrutado. Todo nuevo u cuidado al detalle (cocina completa, secador, botiquín, velitas, hasta antimosquitos!). Muy bonito. Las camas muy buenas. El paseo es muy agradable al centro . En definitiva perfecto. Muy muy, recomendable. Solo la falta de ascensor ... Gracias por la bonita estancia¡¡¡¡

Everything was great. The place is fantastic, clean, and the hosts were friendly. Great location with everything that we needed and close proximity to cafe's. The arrival was seamless and both Iker and Elena were available prior to our arrival and during our trip.
