Property was changed last minute because of some water problem. We were changed to an apartment down the road but no view of the ocean like we had reserved. Nice apartment with view of small pool but again, we wanted ocean view

Beautiful stay
Beautiful, beautiful place, it was a little difficult at check in because the address on the hotels.com website was wrong and there is no one onsite at the property. However, after some calls a very friendly lady welcomed me and showed me the beautiful apartment. There were horses by the beach.

Almost left on the street without accommodation at 2130 as management insisted we hadn't payed and wouldn't give us the room key. We had payed and confirmed through Expedia as normal. There is no reception and no sign to indicate this accommodation name plus the place given in map directions takes you into the hills outside town, we wasted a lot of time trying to find this place and needed to ring up for them to bring us here. It's like a revamped room within a run down apartment block. Listing showed free wifi and after a couple of requests we still got no wifi throughout the 3 days, pathetic,. No heating in this apartment and was cold at night. Sliding door to verandah is not lockable, so not secure. Beautiful pool shown in the pictures looks condemned with all the pavers ripped up around the area, sign saying do not enter.

El apartamento es muy comodo ya que todo esta en una planta y tiene dos baños. La urbanizacion muy bien cuidada y cerca de la playa. Retirado del pueblo y en agosto dificil aparcamient9 en el pueblo. El apartamento neceita una reforma sobre todo en cocina y camas y mobiliario terraza.por lo demas recien pi tado y muy limpio.

No se trata de un apartahotel si no de un apartamento, al llegar no hay recepción ni nada. Todo muy poco cuidado, limpieza regular. La ubicación que aparece en la página no corresponde con el apartamento, se encuentra más apartado del centro de zahara. El colmo ha sido que nos cobraron en el alojamiento el resto del pago y nos lo han vuelto a cobrar en la tarjeta. Espero que todo se solucione y nos devuelvan nuestro dinero

A las 17:00 horas estábamos allí buscando la recepción cosa que no tienen y en las coordenadas del gps no son las correctas donde estuvimos alojados, tras realizar llamadas que nadie cogía nos colgaban en los diferentes teléfonos que aparecen hasta que me lo cogieron, nos dicen que nos esperemos en la calle para entregarnos las llaves, estuvimos hasta las 19:00 horas (2 horas esperando) al llegar te dan la llave, ropa de cama para que te hagas tú mismo las camas y 1 toalla, el grifo de la cocina perdía agua, los demás grifos de la casa con un color feísimo, el inodoro sucio por dentro de color negro y en la taza pelos... por lo demás un parque muy bonito, muy cerca de la playa

Strandnär lägenhet men oklara förhållande
Bilderna är missvisande och det är inget givet hotell eller lägenheter. Vi fick anvisning till att komma till en viss hotelladress och därifrån blev vi ledd till en ganska nedgången längenhet. Iochförsig i en bevakat område, men det ländes olustigt att vara typ de enda människor bland hundratals lägenheter. Lägenheten har två jättestora balkonger, ett slitet kök med lite bestik. Det pratas mest bara spanska, så det är svårt att göra sig förstådd på engekska. Vi var tvungna att komma fram innan kl.21 på smala och kurviga vägar. Lägenheten saknar ordentligt värme och tillräckligt många filtar. Säkringen går om man sätter igång värmefläkten. Det är gångavstånd till sandstranden. Den är verkligen fin och lång. Det är den stora behållningen med att bo på den här byn Zahara. Notera att stranden är bra för surf, men inte så badvänlig för barnen.

Zahara mola.
Zahara es un pequeño paraíso, por eso la estancia siempre es buena pero el apartamento necesita un repaso. El colchón y el sofá nada cómodos. Puertas y ventanas que no cierran. Utensilios de cocina para tirar. Las vistas desde el apartamento estupendas.

No es un aparthotel, sino un apartamento tan basico que ni el agua salia caliente, y la ducha tenia tanta cal que no salia agua. Fatal!

Experiencia muy buena. Cerca de una playa muy buena y con el pueblo de Zahara a 5 min en coches. La casa maravillosa, casa adosada en recinto privado con piscina. Muy tranquilo para disfrutarla en familia. Repetiremos

Die Fotos auf ebookers sind nicht die Bilder dieses Aparthotels. Wir haben das Deluxe Zimmer direkt am Pool mit Meersicht gebucht. Die Adresse ist nicht zu finden, keine Anschrift. Nach Anruf gab es Treffpunkt bei einer Pizzeria, wo wir von einer dauer-telefonierenden Frau abgeholt wurden. Wir standen dann in einer Standard-Wohnung(sauber&nett) in einem eingezäunten Wohnkomplex. Es gab einen Pool (nicht der auf dem Bild) auch das Meer ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Es gibt keine Rezeption nur diese Frau, als wir enttäuscht nach dem gebuchten Deluxe Zimmer am Meer fragten, tat sie es ab: "Wieso was wollt ihr, diese Wohnung ist doch hübsch!" Wir blieben eine Nacht, weil schon spät und reisten in der Früh weiter. Hier ist was faul oder die unprofessionellste Crew aller Zeiten am Werk. Erspart Euch das.
