"The reception staff where very efficient on checking us all in only took a few minutes, the room was very roomy with plenty of space, very informative as we had never been to Albacete before so they gave us lots of local information. A nice touch was having a coffee machine in the upper lounge which we obviously took advantage off. One thing no coffee/tea facilities in the rooms."

"We have just stayed in 10 premium hotels in every major city in southern Spain. The hospitality and service level at Hierba Luisa was by far the best we have experienced. The hotel was small but well-equipped and the best thing was how quiet the place was. We slept very well."
