"Wonderful place. Super friendly on arrival and made sure we had a place to park. Great recommendations on what to do in Taranto. They made everything easy. Room was beautiful and comfortable, the terrace was lovely. Breakfast was also great. I wish we had been able to stay more than one night. Taranto is a fascinating city. "Spent 2 nights here as part of a southern Italy tour. Public areas of the hotel are smart and welcoming. The reception and breakfast staff were all lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good continental fare. My room was slightly disappointing. It felt a little unloved, with old fashioned furniture and some shabby fittings. My single, spring-frame bed and soft mattress felt like the one i used to have in the 1960s!! Finally, not sure why but for first 24 hours i had only cold water. Then just after...

"Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). The room was unbelievable for the price, a huge bedroom, a bathroom bigger than my living room and a massive outside area on the roof with an outdoor shower, which we loved."
