One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the other two are on the first floor. One of the bathrooms has a sauna, which is certainly a plus point of this villa.
The outdoor area is characterised by the pool and the covered dining area. The pool consists of two parts, the deeper one for swimming and the shallower one with hydro-massage. A charcoal barbecue is available for all barbecue fans. The town is surrounded by forests and is located 11 km north-east of Porec. The ancient terrace on the square, which is entered through a Venetian arch, offers a remarkable view of the sea.
