"Pay attention to the check in/deposit process. After check in an email should be sent and a request for a deposit. After the deposit, instructions on your room and how to get in will be sent. Other than that the come and leave as you go is nice and convenient."

"There was a very cosy feel to the hotel and the room. Breakfast was great, with lots of variety and staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the pub on the first night and the meals were delicious. The room was fairly comfortable but it could do with some updating/replacing of items. The mattress was past it's best (resulting in an uncomfortable sleep on the first night) and the taps were loose, with drainage not working great. However we'd certainly return again."

"We loved how reasonable the place was, and how close it was to the airport. However, the mattress was pretty cheap, the shower in room number four was clogged and began to overflow pretty soon after beginning the shower. Finally, a shuttle one-way cost 42 pounds which seems unreasonable for a 10 minute drive. Taxis were cheaper but they were still 30 pounds. If you don’t have a lot of luggage, you can take the subway and it’s not too bad of a walk. "

"Our stay here was a last minute decision to take the stress out of a morning long haul flight and it was perfect. Booked on Christmas day and still received immediate and helpful responses from the owner. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of off road parking. "I loved the mini apartment it was perfect for our stay. Although a little work needs doing in places. The bathroom had nowhere to put your toiletries and there was no shelf or ledge in the shower either. The dinner plates were extremely small, more like side plates. It would have been nice to have 4 of each item and not 2.. like cups, bowls and cutlery.. we had to wait for the dishwasher to finish to be able to use them again.
