"It was an absolute pleasure spending three days at this wonderful resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. I have to give a special shout-out to a few particularly friendly faces who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect (Francesca Satove and Siti). Their genuine warmth and helpfulness truly stood out. One of the things I appreciated most was the tranquil location. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, it offered a peaceful retreat where we could truly relax and unwind. Our room was also a highlight. The size was generous, providing ample space to spread out and feel comfortable. It was well-appointed and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, my three-day experience at this resort was fantastic. The combination of friendly staff, a quiet and serene location, and generously sized rooms made for a truly memorable getaway. "Everything was wonderful staff were so friendly and warm. I felt cared for and every need was met. Food was awesome at yhe breakfast. Resort activities wrre great, kids were catered for well. Will definately be going back. "

"We throughly enjoyed our stay at the sanctuary, a couple of small things i would change is the music! It is on loop 1 album the whole time and food was not consistent but mostly good. Also wifi needs to be inclusive in price even if it is a small amount. Overall was our favorite place to stay! "
