From check-in to check-out, everyone was so friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. "The location is great, central with easy access to the plaza. Check-in and check-out were easy, the room was satisfactory. The only issues we ran into were street noise and the shower leaking a lot of water onto the bathroom floor. Otherwise it was comfortable, relaxed, and parking was easy."

"We just had an awesome experiences at the Cabanas La Serenisima. Paulina gave us a great welcome and showed us the entire cabin which by the way it was very clean and had everything you need to make your stay really comfortable. We'll be returning this summer 2024 or in December 2024. We highly recommend these cabins in Tapalpa, Jalisco Mexico."
