Perfect
We stayed at the condo for a week with four adults and one toddler - it was perfect! We had everything we needed to be comfortable for a week. The host had toiletries, dish soap, laundry detergent and all the pots/pans/dishes we needed to cook. The firewood was easily accessible and the fireplace was easy to use. It was a must-have with hold chilly the living room can get! The space heaters were also helpful. We really enjoyed our time in Ski Valley and being able to walk to the mountain, restaurants and shops was so great. We loved the free parking and storage lockers that were included for us- life savers!! We all enjoyed every moment of our stay in this beautiful town and beautiful condo. I will miss the views from the massive window video of the mountain. This is a must stay!

We enjoyed the short walk to the slopes. On hill ski locker and shoe locker were an added plus! Enjoyed afternoon sun on the patio and listening to live music from the village. We hope to return if ski racing takes us south again

Great Location/Beautiful Views
The condo was clean and comfortable and worked perfectly for my family. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and the views of the ski mountain. The location was great, and we could easily walk to the slopes and restaurants. The beds are on the firm side, but otherwise everything was perfect.

Great property
Overall, this is a very nice unit, as advertised, in a great location, and we had a great stay. The only possible complaint was that the heating units on the base-boards did not all work the same, and some did not work as well as others, particularly in the common areas with high ceilings (to be fair, there were some particularly cold nights on our stay - at or below zero). The unit probably could use one more space heater in the common areas (an easy fix).

Great Thanksgiving Week
We had a great time in Taos Ski Valley this Thanksgiving week! Condo was great - as advertised. Very very clean. We had a few minor issues that management cleared up as soon as they could. But nothing preventing our enjoyment. Fine details in condo - great storage for winter/ski jackets and boots. Lots of towel racks in bathroom which is an overlooked detail. Plenty of towels and enough kitchen utensils, appliances, etc. location is great in ski valley. Close to hiking and skiing. One thing to consider, unrelated to condo specifically, there are not many restaurants (sometimes none) and grocery store is 20-30 minutes away so plan accordingly. Would totally return. Kids cried when we had to leave.

Beautiful condo with great views
It was a beautiful place to stay. Our timing of being there was bad. Didn’t realize that everything on the mountain shut down from mid October through mid November. The condo was the one big positive of being there.

Summertime stay in a classy ski condo
We came here at the end of June for some mountain scenery and hiking opportunities. The condo was very clean and in great condition. It is tastefully decorated, throughout. The kitchen is very well equipped with the finest of appliances and accessories. The only strange thing was the lack of any kind of specific kitchen towels or wash rags. The eating area is really nice with a big wall of windows. There is a view of a ski-lift slope and of the ski village area. There are beautiful aspen trees at the rear of the property. Unfortunately, there is also a view of a large, ugly, semi-temporary ski rental building right behind the property. The beds are comfortable but rather low (not an issue for us...but might be for some.) The condo has a very warm, fun, contemporary vibe to it. The condo is accessed via the lowermost level, which means that from the parking area you have to go down two half-flights of concrete stairs (again...not a big issue for us, but could be for some.) The biggest negative is the parking. It's not paved and it turns into a mud-hole when it rains (which it did in abundance while we we there.) The covered parking has assigned spots for three different condos in a space that really is only wide enough to accommodate about 2 1/2 normal vehicles. In the summer the condos are not full, and the spots are not assigned, so it's not an issue. I would imagine that in the winter when things get busy, and the spots are assigned, the covered parking might be problematic. We enjoyed the hiking in the area (despite the rain.) A very short walk across the street from the condo puts you on a trailhead with access to miles of hiking. We enjoyed the Gold Hill - Longs Canyon loop (about 8 miles) one day and only saw 4 other people. A 5 minute drive gets you to the Wheeler Peak/Williams Lake Trailhead. We enjoyed our hike up Wheeler Peak, although that trail is considerably more busy! We also enjoyed some trips to Taos (just a 20 minute drive down the mountains), some trips to Rio Grande Del Norte National Monument (also quite un-crowded,) and a drive around the "Enchanted Loop". Overall, this was a quiet, pleasant, uncrowded place to stay, with good access to a variety of activities.
