"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We were in the area hunting and was using the hotel as a base camp and resting station. It was great. There was a small issue with the TV. But I let the front desk know and they offered to put us in a different room but the problem wasn't big enough for us to move rooms."

"While it appeared that the property was short staffed, the room was very clean, and we were given the 1st floor as requested. The fridge and microwave were clean and in good working condition. There were streaming services like Netflix, Disney, Prime, etc, but wi-fi and internet connection was spotty. Overall, we needed a place to stay to ski at Angel fire, and this hotel served its purpose nicely from a location and cost standpoint."

"This was once a nice place. Owner is a cheapskate, won't spend money on necessary repairs. The staff is as helpful as they can be given the circumstances. Office is not manned at night, if you have a problem yer out of luck. Linens are threadbare. None of the services advertised online are available."
