Great place to stay
The room was very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, dishes, glassware, etc. Very quiet also. Only complaint was very steep stairs and no elevator. We will definitely stay again, just will make sure to request the first floor!

Great hotel and location!
Beautiful surroundings and close to the river. The hotel was well maintained and had all the describe ammenties. Super clean and the bed was comfortably. I would highly recommend.

The room was clean, well appointed and located along a beautiful stream. Couldn't be better!! We had a small issue with the toilet flushing but the staff was very receptive of our concern. Staff was very friendly and professional.

This is a very nice facility. The hot tub wasn't working but otherwise everything here very pleasant, great location. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay, you can’t beat the value. Very clean and tidy, we had a 2 bedroom condo and will definitely be back! Hot tub wasn’t open but that’s not a big deal to us.

Amazing stay
Red river is an amazing place if you want to experience the mountains and wild life. We went on off season, so the town was very quiet. It can be busy in ski and summer season. The hotel was wonderful, despite the small stain on the cover. Other than that we will be back.

Wonderful stay
First time ski trip, everything at the condo was great and peaceful. Staff was friendly and informative. Great location, we walked everywhere and we’re no young pups (60,52). We will be back. Check out photo of view from our balcony.

Be wary of booking a stay here. As we were driving into Red River we received a message that the reservation should not have gone through as the property was completely sold out. After nearly 2 hours on the phone with Expedia, and an attempt to relocate my family to Taos b/c of lack of availability anywhere in Red River, we were relocated elsewhere in town. The only positive is that William who was working the front desk was extremely kind and tried his best to assist us as the Expedia relocation team being difficult to work with. Red River itself is fantastic and I would anticipate us going back at some point.

Don’t stay here had reservations paid with a credit card weeks in advance, night of arrival night clerk says needs a card on file, which is typical, then used it that night for his personal reasons charging over $200 to it, don’t stay you will literally be robbed by staff, calling they may office yields no help

We paid for this room a month before our trip. 2 days before we left, their corporate office called us to say they had overbooked and we didn’t have a room. We had to relocate to another place, which was not easy bc so many places were already booked up. We were going with friends, and the same thing happened to them. Bc we both had to relocate, we didn’t find any place that had enough empty rooms for both of us to stay at the same place.

It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing like we expected. Very comfortable (pillows were a bit soft for me, but my family loved them). The place is well stocked. Anything we forgot, they supplied. Overall, it was like being in a little bit of heaven. My only complaint was the cheap trash liners. Broke on me and we had a mess. The hot tub was out but not an issue for us. They did say, a new one would be in the works. I read somewhere that they had breakfast, a pool and fitness room, but none of that was true. We were told that none of that ever existed, so not sure where the confusion came from. Oh, and we did find out that things close early there. So plan ahead. But, we will def be back.
