Special thanks to the cleaning service, who ensured everything was in perfect order in my room every day. Especially the head cleaner for floor 3 - Munir (hope I got his name correct) he always checked in with me every morning to ensure service was up to standard."

"Flying in from Paris, with a scheduled morning meeting in the city, I appreciated very much the early morning check-in so could have a quick shower prior to my meeting. At the other hand, earlier airport pickup requested through Expedia email did not seem to have reached the hotel staff. Subsequently, hotel staff was very helpful in rectifying the situation and promptly sending out a car to pick me up."
