Wonderful villa with swimming pool and sea view in Taormina, Sicily

Elegant house on three levels with terrace located in Mazzarò - Taormina Mare - facing the Isola Bella. In the complex you will find a private parking, a private swimming pool with sea water open from mid-May to mid-October exactly on the opposite side of Isola Bella, a wonderful rocky beach for exclusive use accessible through an incredible stone staircase and also an elevator built in interior of the rock. The swimming pool and the beach are equipped with sun beds and umbrellas.
The house is on three floors and is composed as follows.
A large living room with dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. Outside the living room you will find a beautiful terrace with a dining table with a spectacular view of Isola Bella.
Two double bedrooms with two bathrooms with shower, one on the first floor, connected to the ground floor with a spiral staircase, and one on the ground floor in the opposite part of the living room.
A third double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, on the second floor.
All bedrooms are equipped with hot and cold air conditioners

Excellent accommodation
We had a great stay in this villa, which provided very good quality accomodation in a good location. The owner, Giuseppe, was a star - prompt and very helpful communications prior to our arrival, flexibility around our check-in time to fit with our flight arrival and a comprehensive tour of the villa and adjoining facilities. Plus the best stocked fridge and cupboard offering complimentary food and drink that we have ever had.

Excellent Family Holiday
We had a great stay with 6 adults in this villa, which provided very good quality accomodation with amazing views and a good location with access to a private beach and pool.The owner, Giuseppe, was a great and very helpful communications prior to our arrival and a comprehensive tour of the villa and adjoining facilities. A very well stocked fridge and cupboard offering complimentary food and drink that we have ever had was amazing after a long day of travelling, parking was very easy and access to the local town was a 5min walk away.

The view of Isola Bella from the private balcony and from inside the family room with large window was breathtaking. House is very spacious with each bedroom having its own private bath & shower. Shower space is bigger than most properties in Italy and water pressure incredible. Host is very responsive and gave us a detail tour upon check-in which we appreciated. There's access to the infinite pool and private rocky beach below with incredible views. The host filled the refrigerator and cabinets with plenty of drinks and snacks, soap in the bathroom, everything you can think of to make our stay comfortable. We loved staying here and definitely recommend this house.

This Villa was Simply Amazing
We had a fantastic time during our stay at Guiseppe's Wonderful Villa. Guiseppe, the owner, met us upon arrival, helped with our luggage, and showed us all around the condo and the property. He also provided us with a full fridge and cupboard with snacks and drinks. Everything was clean and in working order and this place by far had the best air conditioning of all the places we stayed in Europe. The pool and beach area were incredible - there is an elevator that takes you down through the cliff to the sea below. Isola Bella, the cable car up to Taormina, and views of Mount Etna are a short walk away. I wish we would have stayed here longer and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Fantastic home and host. Pictures don’t do it justice. Guisseppe is a perfect host.
Guisseppe made our stay special and easy- with personal check in service and providing food and drink above and beyond. The location and layout for a group is fantastic with three bathrooms with showers. The private beach and community pool are outstanding as well. Great vacation spot for Taormina.

Top Quality Stay in Taormina
Congenial, personable, and accommodating, Giuseppe provides an experience at his spacious, well appointed condo unit that would rival a five star hotel. The location was ideal, the views breathtaking. Too many extra and unexpected positives to list; simply an awesome stay that we would gladly repeat when we return to beautiful Taormina.

Taormina gem!
Wonderful location with breathtaking views. Guiseppe is an incredible host - he even stocks the cabinets and fridge with snacks and drinks! Ideal space if you’re traveling with a large group. Just a few minutes walk to Isola Bella (though there are numerous staircase steps to get to the beach.) Private parking was a huge plus. The private pool and cliff “beach” with direct access to the sea were great if you want to take a dip or escape from the crowds for a bit. Numerous ways to travel into town - cable car and bus are possible but our group decided to just Uber most nights, which is about $20-25 euros. Since the city center is up the mountain, walking is not recommended. If you’re a large group looking to stay closer to the sea (as opposed to the uphill center of town, where there are large crowds), then this is definitely the place for you. I would most definitely stay here again! Thank you Guiseppe!

Stunning location
Fantastic views from this property, and great to have both a private sea area and a pool as water options. Great for older children, mine (16,17) loved having a bit of space as their rooms were slightly separate. Guiseppe was a great host, providing a full fridge of drinks and breakfast items, and helping us with any questions we had.

This place has unimaginable views of Isola Bella. The place was great and plenty of room for everyone. My only complaint to Giuseppe is that he needed better pictures on his listing. The place and the view are much better in person.

Amazing views and great experience
We had a fantastic time in this apartment! Giuseppe was very accommodating, answered all messages really quickly and greeted us with a well stocked pantry, including gluten free products for our child who has celiac disease. The view from the balcony was to mind blowing! We enjoyed bathing from the rocks, visiting Taormina old town and other places nearby. We definitely recommend this place!

Location, Location, Location!!!
My family & I stayed 5 wonderful nights at this spectacular condo! It has a Million dollar view that you can't stop looking at. The host Giuseppe was extremely nice & excellent to deal with. The location is literally 10 to 15 minutes away from the center of the lovely city of Taormina. It was nice to visit the city of Taormina and come back to the quiet & quaintness of the condo. I can't say enough good things about our stay. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Everything from start to finish was wonderful. Giuseppe met us at the house and gave us a very informative tour of the house... he kept saying "just like the photos". But truly the photos do not do the house and the view justice. The house was also well equipped as well as a stocked fridge. We will definitely be back again! Thank you Giuseppe!

Split arrangement house in interesting cliff top complex with amazing view of Isola Bella island and beach. Impressive sea water infinity pool shared with other residents. Giuseppe was a wonderful host, contacting us to meet personally on arrival and was very welcoming. Fridge and kitchen were generously stocked with complimentary supplies including snacks and drinks which was much appreciated after a long journey. Easy private parking at the property. The cable car up to Taormina and local restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk albeit along a busy road in August. Highly recommend a stay here and thank you again Giuseppe.

Perfect Spot!
Great location with pool and lounge area on rocky beach on Mediterranean with PARKING (so important). Cool access to rocky beach through grotto. Walking distance to much of coastal Taormina and to the cable car that brings you to the upper village. Giuseppe was more than accommodating. In addition to alway being accessible, he helped us with our rental car company and taxi when we found our rental car battery dead as we were leaving to go to the airport. Life saver! Thank you for everything Giuseppe.

Absolutely Stunning Views
We had an absolutely wonderful time in Taormina. The condo is located close to town and the gondola to take you to top Taormina. The view is absolutely stunning from the main balcony or the top balcony. We used the pool several times and went down to the beach every day. Giuseppe met us late on the day of our arrival which was very kind. The only downside was 1 room was completely across the hall from the main door and we didn't use it much and the other top floor room you had to walk outside to get to. It was difficult with having younger children. We made it work and had a wonderful time!

Perfect spot with a perfect host
Housing is perfect, three rooms for adults (plus one for young kids), three bathrooms, two balconies looking at the sea and the island, of course a large living room plus kitchen. Private parking is a real plus. Air conditioning working perfectly, but not that hot as apartment looks toward the East. Access to swimming pool and sea is private. Location perfect: at least 10 excellent restaurants along the coast, plus cable car at 10 minutes with access to the upper Taormina village, which is beautiful. Etna visible at walking distance (2 mn). And last but not least, Giuseppe is a fantastic host, always easy to reach, any problem/question with the house, and he solves it within seconds. Such a beautiful villa and location with a friendly and gracious host in Guiseppe! It is as beautiful as the pictures show, if not more so. I couldn’t say enough about how welcoming and accommodating Guiseppe was! Each bedroom had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and privacy. It was perfect for our family of two couples and one single person. There were plenty of towels as well as unexpected amenities provided by Guiseppe. The pool area was lovely with an incredible view. Daily our group took the stairs and elevator down to enjoy the stunning blue waters of the Ionian Sea and swimming into the nearby cave. The location is at the bottom of Taormina with less hustle and bustle, but with the conveniences of restaurants, markets, and a quick cable car ride up to enjoy the center of Taormina. A perfect location! Should we return to Taormina, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here once again. It truly felt like home! Gracie, Guiseppe, for sharing this beautiful gem with us!

Perfect!
What a beautiful home! Myself and my two teenage kids enjoyed a week at this beautiful condo. The set up was perfect for us as each teenager had their own bathroom and "separate" bedroom (as mentioned in earlier reviews and the description, 2 of the bedrooms are across the hall from the main unit). The condo would also be ideal for 3 couples traveling together. The home has everything you need (tons of towels both for the beach and to shower), pots, pans etc. and Guiseppe was a wonderful host. He greeted us at the home, showed us how to get to the beach and pool, stocked the fridge with beverages and provided us with coffee, delicious pastries and snacks. Beds were comfortable; everything immaculately clean. We used the "beach" everyday which is an area of the cliff that has a 4 tier lounge area. There are about 12 lounge chairs and 2 sets of tables and chairs (4 people) that are set up each day. We were here at a very busy time and chairs were available for our group of 3. It is an elevator ride or 200 steps up or down. We used the steps and rationalized our ice cream and wine indulgences! Snorkeling is amazing right at the grotto at the condo (bring your own or buy at the market up the street). Isola Bella is an ambitious but doable swim away. Small markets with all the essentials are a 12 minute walk in the direction of the cable car; an uber black (readily available) to Taromina was approx. $20 (US) or the cable car is a 15-20 minute walk. We will be back!!!!
