"We are there for a short visit of Pinas and attend wedding with my family members. Was not able to explore the whole area. We just sleep, bathe and stayed for a while mostly we go out. Nearby SM Bicutan is good for shopping and eatery. But the traffic is terrible "

"This is not a proper one-bedroom unit; it is actually a studio with a sliding partition for the bed and bathroom. The bathroom smelled a little bit of damp, possibly from the drainage and inefficient ventilation. We had to keep the door ajar and the exhaust fan running to freshen it up. "This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...

"During the day this was one of the classiest hotels in the Philippines. But now it feels like a mid-class level hotel. It could be the area around the hotel, a little sketchy. The rooms are outdated and needs a refresh. The staff on the other hand makes up for all the short comings of the hotel. Best customer service in town."

"The hotel and staff are excellent and we love staying there. The only reason for the below excellent rating is becathey are renovating so the pool area is not open and the gym facility is very small compared to previous stays. The breakfast dinind area has been changed and is much smaller and tight to walk around and fewer choices to choose from, however still very good food! We will definitely stay there again and hope to see the full renovation done soon!"
