"An old but, comfortable and roomy manor house in the perfect location to enjoy all the charm of Seillans, but also the nearby villages and the natural wonder of the Vernon Gorge. We were able to cook and barbecue our meals with food from the local markets, but also enjoyed eating at the variety of excellent cafès and restaurants in the village. The owner and the property manager were super responsive, which made for a stress free and fun week. We are already trying to plan our next visit there and bring our grandchildren. "

"This is a lovely, quiet, clean cottage. You have complete privacy and the hosts are very happy to help with suggestions of activities and guides to where to find anything you need. The area is lovely. There are plenty of walks, towns, markets, and places to visit. Or you can just sit on the terrace or by the pool and take in the blue sky. I highly recommend this place for a couple."

"Le Petit Mas is an absolutely gorgeous retreat in the Provence countryside. The house, gardens and views of the Fayence valley are stunning and the location is perfect for exploring the nearby hilltop villages and their provencal markets, as well as for getting to other highlights in the region such as Grasse and Cannes. We had a fabulous family holiday here and were very sad to leave. Sophie, Magali and Stephane ensured we had everything we needed before we arrived and during our stay. Thank you for making our stay at Le Petit Mas so memorable."

"Property is excellent outside, inside is also very nice. Our view would be the property should have permanent air conditioning, also we would recommend the upstairs balcony is replaced with and en-suite bathroom."

"We stayed for a week with our three boys, 12,11 and 8. We had a wonderful time. The house was an perfect base for us all. We enjoyed time by the pool, on the terrace, the boys played table tennis and I loved the peacefulness of the house. All that and still within an hours drive to so much more. We visited the gorge du verdon, the beach and aqualand at Frejus, the water park at the nearby lake and markets in Fayence. Seillans is a very pretty village and we enjoyed a very pleasant family meal in the square one evening. Everything was communicated very well before check-in and we coordinated to meet Serge at the property on arrival. He was exceptionally helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and set up the pool area for us with cushions for sun loungers and pool toys for the kids. We initially were a bit surprised not to have a shower in the bathroom, only a bath, but this did not materialise to be a problem as there was also a very effective outdoor shower by the pool if you preferred. All the bedrooms also have their own sink and vanity unit which would be helpful if you had a number of adults sharing. Overall we had a really great week and we would be very happy to return. "

"A superb facility in a very quiet location. The property has everything you need with a lovely pool to cool off in. Seillans is a 30min walk or short drive to the mini supermarket and a few restaurants. The town itself is quiet but gives great views of the countryside. Fayence and Tourettes offer much the same but with more choice. A selection of supermarkets are within 15mins drive. Day trips to Cannes and Monaco are achievable with a car. We also visited the treetop adventure in Caille which was superb fun with spectacular views. Finally, Fabrice and Celine who manage the property are a truly lovely couple and will provide any assistance as needed."

"We found La Bastide to outshine any expectations. In summary: authentic historic property (as rustic as you could get!); spacious living quarters and massive, accommodating outside spaces; a sense of entire privacy within the grounds; stunning views (in particular while lazing about the wonderful pool); remote enough, nestled in the hills above the charming village - a 20 min walk to amenities. The owner/staff were particularly helpful & reassuring (by text or in person, however needed) throughout our stay. Absolute 10/10 gem. We found the local folk to be most welcoming and kindhearted towards us English visitors. "
