The only one thing that was annoying there were people running in the halls late at night round 12am knocking and kicking on doors and running away laughing need more security around to feel safe and phone in room had no dial tone.

This is fraud. Whoever purchased this trip used my credit card which didn’t belong to him. I tried to warn the resort but they didn’t believe me. Now Expedia and resort are out the money because I told Amex that it is fraud. You lose.

Staff were not friendly. They were little to no help. Upon check-in, front desk staff did not advise that there was a parking fee. It wasn't until i received my receipt (days after fheck out that i had to call and inquire about) until i saw a $25 a day parking fee. There are not many restaurant options. The food is okay. My chicken fingers were burned and my food was cold. My last night there i ordered pizza from the pizza place in the arcade which was amazing!

I’ve stayed at Camelback several times before and never had any issues. But this time the dining options were extremely limited as well as the room service. I had to call several times to receive new towels and washcloths. Staff also didn’t enforce the adults only bar at the pool..

This is my fifth time here. I guess is time to find another local area to vacation. I literally spent money here like I was in Hawaii. They charge you for EVERYTHING even parking. Yes! I paid for parking even though I came with a family of five and paid over 2000 FOR A LOCAL TRIP - no planes no beaches just a local poconos trip… staff could be nicer but I guess since guests are charged for everything - coffee, water parking they don’t need to be as nice. They almost charge you to breathe air. Bad for business. I’m not spending over 2500 dollars for just an indoor water park just two hours from my house! Camelback lodge you lost a customer. They had a damn dog next door to us. Should tell your guests because that dog kept barking all day! Ridiculous! I requested late check out and they were charging me extra for one more hour. We left right when we woke up. Unreal!!! This is why tropical islands are a better place to vacation and much cheaper!

You had to pay $25 a day for parking even if you’re staying at the resort and we paid an additional payment to go to the outdoor water park and when we got there an hour later they closed all the water rides so we paid $90 to sit in the sun. I don’t think we’ll be back.

Overall great experience- best part was staff, so friendly and helpful. Water park is great Room felt a bit dated, needs refurbish but ok for couple of nights. Kids enjoyed, so served the purpose!
