"The hosts were nice and friendly. But this is NOT a hotel! I arrived at 9 pm after a long journey and was told to be quiet as people were sleeping , was not offered any refreshment or drinks , and was shown straight to my room . It is a private house low quality BnB. The beds and linen were old, although clean. The breakfast looked nice but I didn’t have time to stay . A nice cat slept on my bed with me . "

"Excellent place to stay. We had a 'self-catering' apartment at La Maison aux Bonsais. The sign on the door says 'Guest House'. The owner Luc (and his son Michael) were very welcoming. When we arrived the fridge and pantry were well provided, basically giving us breakfast for our five day stay (with a short walk to the nearby boulangerie). The house is within a walled ancient village. There is parking available for guests and residents of the village. The owner's son met us at the security...

"We were very disappointed. We we riding our bikes on a tour of the region, and arrived before 5pm. The manager did not look happy to see us, and made us feel uncomfortable that we came early. He did give us a room though. There are no easy dining options within walking distance, except for a crepe place with a very limited menu. Finally, we were told that breakfast was not before 8am. Upon arriving at 8am, the breakfast room was locked, but we could see that people had already had their...
