"This the best hotel in the area. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The food is delicious and the property is very beautiful and tranquil. Overall my room was wonderful and the best part was the shower! I have 2 suggestions that would make the hotel even better. First, there were many Americans staying at the hotel, however the TV only has one English speaking channel. Please offer more English speaking channels. Also, I stayed in a suite. It had no iron or steamer. This needs to be corrected. All rooms should always include an iron or steamer. Otherwise, it was perfection "

"The hotel is very nice and clean, staff is friendly and helpful, there are plenty of shops within walking distance Break fast was fresh, and coffee was good. If I had one complaint it would be lack of water pressure, but I think that’s true of most of Mexico. Great stay for the price!!"

"The location is a couple blocks from Centro. A quick taxi ride to Centro so the location is great and was quiet. We required a change from our original booking and the staff helped with this in a very professional manner."
