"The room requires a deep clean. Dirty floor mats, water timescale marks all around the shower and window. Privacy blind had mould growing on it. Sink requires timescale and bleach as plug area smelt unpleasant. Air conditioning required some overdue maintenance or replacement as it was so loud even with the terrace doors closed. Very loud music could be easily heard in the room until 5am. Breakfast area had a fly problem and need to be addressed urgently as unhygienic. "

"Very relaxing stay next to the lagoon but also an easy walk to the beach. Only one restaurant was open aged that was on the beach so a bit of a trek when it rained. My room looked out on to a corridor which wasn’t ideal and the sealant around bathroom fittings was black with mildew. But largely these are minor details to a comfortable and relaxing stay at a fair price."

"Where to begin? The hotel itself has a boutique feel (only 7 very nice rooms, some with lovely views), it is a 3 minute walk to Silent Beach (which is spectacular), and the staff are fantastic. Arjuna, Shiyan et al really go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. My partner, a coffee freak, asked for a kettle and they provided one immediately. The breakfasts, and all the meals really, were very tasty and reasonably priced. It is easy to grab a tuk tuk from the beach/surrounding...

"Enthusiastic and attentive staff with a wonderful area directly on the sand with individual bungalows for hammocks I lovely safe swimming area just a little down and in all respects somewhere I would be in a hurry to go back to."

"A beautiful property especially if you take the Villas, the beach is public but it was the best beach for our young children to swim in. The food provided at the public beach is some of the best we had. "
