"Just absolute beachfront bliss! What an experience... such a stunning resort in a beautiful location with spectacular sunsets. Stayed in a sunset villa, and treated like royalty! Restaurant served amazing food and even better coffee! Spa treatment's rejuvenating, but be sure to book early! My sister and I xan not stop talking about our stay at Amber and are already planning our visit next year. Just be aware, the resort is a distance to closest towns +30 minutes. This is the perfect place to disconnect and breathe."

"I booked this last minute due to a two day flight delay and what a treat. The staff are super friendly and attentive. The place itself made us feel spoiled. They offer free rides on scooters if you want to go anywhere. Afternoon tea with homemade chocolate treats. Highly recommend!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel! We were hesitating between a resort and staying right in Kuta, but I am glad we chose the resort. It gave us a nice and quiet place to hang out that was a needed contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and nice! Huge shout out to: Leha, Erna, Ong, Sam (who gave the market tour), Rich man, and Ariana! I miss you guys! I would highly recommend!"

"Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend This hotel was by far the worst of the five we stayed at during our time in Bali. We booked a deluxe pool room, but instead of a nice pool view, we were stuck looking at an unused, dirty pool. While they did have another pool that was in better condition, it felt frustrating to have been placed in a room overlooking such an unappealing sight. There were multiple issues throughout our stay. Our check-in was delayed by 30 minutes, and the room quality was very basic, with a run-down bathroom that was far from acceptable. For a hotel with high reviews, the poor room and bathroom conditions were shocking. The service was equally disappointing. We ordered food and drinks, but the drinks were forgotten, and when I raised this, there was no follow-up. The assistant initially offered to waive our lunch bill as an apology for the issues, but later changed it to drinks only. At checkout, I was surprised to see that I was still being charged for the drinks, and it took them another 5 minutes to sort it out after I questioned the bill. To add to the confusion, I was told one price for a taxi to the airport, but when we checked out, the hotel charged me a lower price. I questioned this, and they insisted it was correct. However, during the ride to the airport, the driver received a phone call saying we had underpaid. This was very frustrating, especially since the confusion was entirely on the hotel's end. Overall, the service was poor"

"It was a bit of a shock when driving from the main road to the property - at first it appeared to be in the middle of nowhere and seemed unsafe. We arrived at the property and were welcomed by really lovely staff, checked in and walked past reception and wow what an oasis - it was just like the photos - absolutely beautiful. There is nowhere around the villa to eat but there is a restaurant on site where you can order food anytime between 7am-10pm and there is transport available for a small fee to take you into the main area of Kuta where there are many places to eat if you do not want to hire scooters. Overall this place, the facilities and the staff were wonderful - I would definitely stay here again."
