No window mounted A/C
Arrived at check in and house was 82 degrees. In the ad, no central A/C was listed but assumed window A/C units would of been provided considering weather forecast etc., Never unpacked, called a local hotel and left property within 15 mins. When contacting Vacasa, the representative was rude and basically informed me that there would be no credit and nothing could be done to accommodate us even though I mentioned one of the quest has Asthma. Very dissapointed!!

Relaxing
We had a wonderful time staying in this home. Beautiful views with peace and quiet. Access to the lake and we greatly appreciated use of 2 kayaks on the property. It would have been awesome if the dock was out but it didn’t hinder anything. The screened in porch was great. Comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of sleeping space. Close to other attractions and other activities.

Picturesque views
The views of the lake are amazing but the property needs TLC. No lights in mud room, made it difficult to enter home. Toddler bed shown in photos was tucked in a closet. Not enough linens for beds. Very outdated kitchen and bathrooms. The home was spacious. Outdoors NOT maintained, overgrown making it difficult to get down to lake area.

Fantastic location in northern NH
Incredible location on a quiet pond, great for kayaking or visiting beach area for a swim. Accommodations and property very nice and spacious. We were a bit disappointed that the dock was not in, which made the private lakefront area not very accessible, including the listed fire pit. Main refrigerator was not cold enough, causing some food to spoil. Several lights had bulbs that were burned out. Deck and bench should be looked at very soon as it may become a liability!

Nice Trip, but a little misleading.
How was nice, but the listing was a little misleading. The listing showed a dock, but that was not assembled when we got there and was stashed on the shore. The trip down to the water was fine for us, but the path was not very clear and good luck carrying anything down with you. House was in good shape, but not very clean. I know we are in the woods, but the amount of spiders on the back porch was downright impressive. Some of the largest spiders and spider webs I have ever seen. Would take two minutes to clean. The kitchen didn't have much of anything in it, so you really need to pack EVERYTHING you'll need. The bottom leg of one of the bunk beds was broken, which I'm glad we notice and just didn't use the top. That could have been a tough fall. Overall a decent house, but some simple things could make it a lot better.
