"This is a nice hotel although it is from another era but it has been well-kept. We love having a large courtyard where we could park our car but because of our age and size we park in the overflow lot because the courtyard spots are narrow. Another benefit of the courtyard is that it has a long entrance tunnel which blocks much of the noise from the street. "I like that the room was extremely clean and the staff were always friendly and ready to help in anything I needed. The area is one of the best in Tampico and the hotel has a very nice pool. I didn’t like that there is no elevator and you have to carry your luggage through the stairs. Also; the washroom has only half a glass door and it is very small and you need to be careful not to get everything wet when you are taking a shower.
