Great location and stay
The house was beautiful and while things weren't perfect the host was quick to respond and remedy any small issues. The location is ideal if you're looking for easy access to all of the surrounding areas of Tampa.

Our group booked this listing for a girls Taylor Swift concert and the location to the stadium and the property could not have been more perfect! We made lifelong memories and loved, loved this place.

Great Place
The house was in a very good location for our travels. Justin responded quickly to questions and helped to resolve any problems quickly (WiFi went down and needed to be reset by the provider). House was very clean. There was more than enough room and beds for 7 of us. I would definitely stay there again.

Great house for a group
Had a great stay for the Frozen Four. I think a couple of the room configurations changed from the original listing, but didn’t matter as we only had 6 people in our group. Good communication from Justin. Would recommend and stay here again next time we’re in Tampa.

FABULOUS & EXQUISITE!
I’ll start with a suggestion… if you are thinking about it, hurry and BOOK IT NOW! Justin is the example of great business. It’s so much to say but I don’t want to bore you guys. He was amazing from start to finish. He made it so easy and comfortable to book with. Check in was a breeze. The PLACE LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS!!! Keep in mind this was the week after Hurricane Milton. The backyard fence had minor damage but guess what… Justin was right there to fix it without me even asking. He also did not “over manage” the property which was great because who wants to be watched lol. The kitchen was great, rooms were spacious, nothing was broken and all my guest were impressed. The neighborhood was close to everything essential. We felt safe! I will definitely book with Justin again.

Annual Girls Trip
Had a great girls trip in Tampa. The house had a great location to Tampa & Ybor City. Justin (the owner) was very responsive including giving us remote access to garage. We unfortunately had a few issues that made our stay a little less comfortable. The first night only 3 of the 8 bed had top sheets. It was resolved the next day. The house needs a little attention. The fixtures in the bathroom almost all need to be tightened down. The master bath door does not stay open. Also, lamps in all of the bedrooms and end tables with lamps in the living space could add quite a bit to the comfort of the stay.

Overall, very happy
The home was beautiful, spacious and a great location. Only a few complaints. I did a lot of cooking while there. I would have liked to have some pot holders in the kitchen. There was only one kitchen hand towel and I burnt my hands several times trying to remove food from the oven with only that. Also, a man tried to open the front door one night. I was there alone and was scared. And I would have loved some sort of curtain or blind at the sliding glass door. I felt as though I were being watched. Especially after the person tried to open the door. I always travel with a pole for a sliding glass door and my own portable security locks. Thankful I had them. The garage deadbolt would not lock either. Which I didn’t like. I couldn’t use my locks on that door because it opened outwardly.

Thanksgiving 2022
My family and I stayed at this property for Thanksgiving and we had a blast. We were a party of 16 and there was plenty of room. The home was spacious and very clean. Im giving this property a 4 because there are a few things that needs attention. One of the beds had a few missing slacks which cause the mattress to sink in, and the outside items (grill and propane fryer )were not in good condition. Now lets talk about the host Justin whom was perfect and very responsive even when I had to contact him on Thanksgiving If my family visits Tampa again this property would definitely be a choice of ours and the location was perfect 🥰

The property was perfect! Tons of space for our large group of guests that were in town for my wedding. The spot was 10 minutes or less from everything. We never received check-in details in our app but Justin was quick to respond and get us information to get in. Our only "complaint" was the lack of blankets. The first night the nest was set to 60 degrees and we all were shivering all night. We changed the temperature the next night and brought some additional blankets from our friends place but would recommend stocking closets with a few additional blankets because while the mattresses were extremely comfy, the quilts on top were very thin.

We had a group of 14 girls stay at this VRBO & I couldn’t say enough good things!! We had so much fun & it fit us all very comfortably. The location of the property is great with everything so close by. Justin is also super quick at getting back to you!

Great house for large group.
This place was great. I was able to check in a hour early. Love the open floor plan on the 1st floor. Beds were very clean and comfortable. The only complaint was the yard size and BBQ was not clean. Had to clean about 5/10Lbs of ashes from the bbq before using. And the bbq wasn’t working correctly and handle was broken. However, the overall experience was great and easy
