The property is in a location right near the Hard rock casino. Pool was great and house is way bigger inside then it looks outside. Plenty of beds for everyone and comfortable.

Amazing property, very roomy, beautiful large kitchen and kitchen table, and more than enough seating for over 20 people if you needed it. Dock on the water was nice, the pool area is large and beautiful with more seating/lounging for guests. The indoor house is fabulous. Nice sunrises over the water. The owner is very eager to help in any way possible.

Friends Weekend
We booked this property for a guy’s weekend. It’s huge and convenient to the Hard Rock Casino. Neighborhood is ok not great the houses are need of some renovations. The house would be amazing if the outside was pressure washed, painted, and a little bit of landscaping. You pull up and your like man this thing looks rough on the outside but the inside is great. We were a group of guys so it didn’t really bother us. But if your wife or girlfriend was with you this would be a turn off.

Full disclosure
Ok so I would probably not give a complete 5 star maybe like a 4.8!! The complaints I have are pretty non-consequential, but like my title says, full disclosure!! We just stayed in another Evolve property in Orlando 3 weeks prior to this stay and I was less than impressed with many of the lack of accommodations. But this property in Tampa was sooooo much better, it was homey, clean, and spacious! The private dock was a beautiful added bonus!! The beds were soft and there were plenty of towels and linens to accommodate our party!! So you are probably asking what my complaints are, so here it is. My only complaint is that there were some worn parts of the house that should be addressed. Some warped wood, the pool patio needed a good cleaning and some of the doors had some exposed parts that kept scratching us. Having said that it really was a great property that provided everything we would need that is hard to take on carryon only trips only!! So thank you Sutton and Evolve, overall we had a wonderful experience here, so thank you for sharing this property!!

5-star house, roomy, with great water views and a very large dock we fished from, excellent location, the pool was great. The house was amazing inside and outside. The house was in a close proximity to the Hard Rock Casino. You could walk but we chose to drive since it has free parking. Owner is great and very helpful. House is loaded with supplies. Has a unique beautiful solid wood table. I highly recommend you stay here. Its the best house I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at plenty of weekly rentals.

Nicely updated home with a large deck that overlooks the water. Plenty of supplies for all of our guests. The owner is great to work with. Large pool area with nice lounge chairs. Comfortable beds and a large living room works well with large groups as we had.

Amazing property!
Will be back, we almost booked one a little cheaper with 1000 sq ft less space but glad we didn't as this one is very roomy for large groups. Huge living room, extra sitting rooms, 2 TV Rooms, large deep pool, large kitchen and beautiful table. Excellent location and is not far from the airport. Easy check-in/out and found out the owner has this house and the next-door house that he rents so next time we will rent both homes for an upcoming gathering. This is the best weekly rental I have ever stayed at and was well worth the price.

Had fun in a great, spacious, well-decorated home. Water views and an amazing large screened-in private pool and large private dock on the water. Nice neighborhood and close proximity to many things (Hard Rock Casino, Busch Gardens, Ybor bar and restaurant area, and not far from Orlando Disney attractions. Highly recommend!

Best Weekly rental in Tampa
I have stayed at others and this one is the best. From the decorations and large house layout to the way the owner responds and takes care of his guests, this is the best. Not to mention the beautiful large deep pool and the brand new large 800 sq foot dock on the lake with amazing sunrise views and only a few blocks from the Hard Rock Casino and a few miles from Busch Gardens. Book it before your week is gone!

Amazing in every way. Loved the layout, very large living room and kitchen. The pool area is fabulous with many places to sit or lounge. Very clean and tidy. Open layout, large living room, two Smart TV rooms, water views, and really nice dock. The Interior is decorated nicely and in a nice neighborhood on a non-thru street. Great location, a few blocks from Hard Rock Casino, and minutes to Busch Gardens and Ybor restaurant/bar area. The owner is very responsive and takes care of his guests. Will stay here again. The owner said he has two houses next to each other so can sleep up to 22 people so bringing more friends next time.

Best weekly rental I have stayed at
Beautiful waterfront property. Brand new 800 sq ft dock right on the water that we fished off of. The property is very roomy, has a large living room and kitchen, and several King beds that are comfortable. The pool area has a lot of seating. The owner was very responsive and really nice. Have stayed at several weekly rentals this is by far the best, unbeatable!
