Beautiful 4 BR 2 BA pool home directly on Bal Harbor. Watch the boats go by or rent a boat just across the harbor. Dock and boat lift just beyond the screened in lanai. 2 kayaks onsite, perfect for the calm harbor and canals. Get lucky and catch some fish or see the dolphins that occasionally like to play in our harbor. Cabana bath leading into lanai and french doors from dining room to pool. Perfectly situated to take day excursions to Disney attractions, Busch Gardens/Tampa and Clearwater Beach. Inside laundry room. Two car garage. Please note that the pool and spa are not heated.

The harbor

Making Memories
What a great place to stay, we had 3 generations together for the week under one roof watching dolphins from the dock, catching fish, kayaking, swimming in the pool, playing board games from the closet. Also lets not forget the neighbors, great welcoming people. We will be back.

Lovely home in a very nice location . House was very clean and all but your food drink and clothes was right there. Tammy is a very good and responsive host if you do need her. We had a very relaxing stay.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location
Beautiful house in a stunning location. Ideally situated for St Pete’s and gulf coast beaches. The house has everything you need for your vacation. Thank you for the use of the kayaks. It was very relaxing out on the calm water. Tammy is a wonderful host and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Lovely, friendly neighbours too. Wonderful!
The house was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The bedrooms were fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. All of the rooms had comfortable seating, and the great windows for the outside in. The views from the dining room and living room onto the lanai and pool were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay immensely. And we will be back.

Family Vacation
This waterfront home offered everything we wanted in a vacation home. We kayaked, swam, enjoyed the breeze on the dock and the peace and quiet. The home was stocked with anything we needed: kitchen supplies, towels…even helpful neighbors! We hope to have the opportunity to visit again.

Perfect vacation in paradise
We had a great time floating in the beautiful pool and fishing on the dock. The house is so comfortable and uniquely decorated. It is so well stocked with odds and ends in case you happen to forget anything and it makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation, this is the spot!! Tammy is a great owner!!!

Lovely villa
Had a great time in this lovely villa that had everything you needed and loved all the Halloween decorations, the only thing i was a wee bit disappointed with is we didn't get in the lovely pool as it was cold. Spent alot of time fishing at the dock and enjoying the sun which was great.

Home was clean and located in a beautiful area!! Tammy was very quick to respond and very kind! We didn’t have to contact her often as we had no issues!! Home is stocked with anything you would need! Great Location
The house is located right on Tampa Bay and the view was great with the sunsets. Clean spacious house with amenities you need. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed sitting at the pool. Tammy was responsive to any questions and access was easy.

Just wonderful ! I have stayed here several times, Tammy has the house in excellent condition and stocked with everything you need and more. The pool and lanie area is wonderful especially at night, if you like to fish she has a good selection of fishing rods and tackle the fishing from the dock is excellent. Tammy is wonderful host any questions i had she responded very quickly i would recommend renting tammys house you will not be disappointed. George

Wonderful vacation
The house was great for my family’s vacation. Had everything we needed and it was easy to contact tammy. Only “complaint” and I really can’t call it a complaint is not having tvs in all bedrooms, this is just a personal preference but definitely not a deal breaker! I would recommend this house for everyone!

Great family rental!
This house is perfect for a large family! Kitchen is very well stocked with pots/pans, utensils, dishes. Location is great, 5 minutes from grocery store and restaurants. Really enjoyed the view and fishing off of the dock. Tammy, the owner, is very nice, always responded very quickly. Had a great family reunion at the house!

You will not be dissapointed with this property. Very well stocked with everything you could imagine.abundance of pool and bath towels,well stocked kitchen,pool toys/floats to even fishjng gear.The pool and view of the bay are amazing.If you like to fish it is great catch a variety of fish. Id like to thank tammy for letting us use her beautiful home, couldnt ask for a better host any questons we had she responded quickly.

There’s no place like home, but you’ll feel right at home here! Very comfortable and welcoming. Not barren and cold as some rental homes can be. Nicely decorated and immaculately clean. Whole house is in order and no clutter! The pool was clean and plenty of room to lounge. Honestly, everything was perfect. No complaints

Family vacation
Tammy’s house has EVERYTHING a family of 6 would need. Loved the vibe of her home, so eclectic - from African safari to Dia de los Muertos to beach vacation home. My kiddos immensely enjoyed the pool and lanai. My husband enjoyed fishing off the deck. The location of her home is in quiet, peaceful, and friendly neighborhood. 10 out of 10 would recommend her home!

Family get away
Family get away to a beautiful home. It was comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed. The view was beautiful. Direct access to the water for kayaking in the two provided with the property. The pool is gorgeous. The lanai is amazing. The bedrooms are comfortable. The living areas are comfortable and large enough for all six of us. Tammy answered all of my messages quickly. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to spend quality time with their family. Also close to Tampa for those attractions.

We had an amazing time at this location. Tammy was so helpful with answering all my questions before during and after our stay! I would definitely rent this home again! Perfect layout... amazing view and pool area was outstanding! This was my #1 home from VRBO to date! The neighbor was great, she shared some pool toys for my littles. I can't say enough about how perfect the entire experience was for us. We ranged in age from 75 to 5 and none of us had any issues with anything at this property! A Superior Rental
This is an outstanding property in an affluent and quiet neighborhood. The major appliances were new and of excellent quality, and the house has been decorated by an artful and imaginative owner/manager. Some of the impressive artwork is Tammy's, and others (prints, paintings, etc.) are equally beautiful. The pool was not heated, and we did not use it, but in warmer months it would be delightful. Coastal cities nearby were close enough that we did not mind the drive. We have used VRBO extensively, and this rates as one of the very best homes we have rented.

Peaceful vacation filled with many amazing memories.
We enjoyed our time in this amazing vacation home. Plenty of space, very clean and easily maintained during stay. The pool was paradise. Surround sound and music provided was a surprise and enjoyed with lots of laughter and some dancing. Very nice neighbors who were tolerant with my loud boys ages 12-26 who do not get together often :-)!! I Plan on returning soon and often :-). Beds are comfy with many pillow choices. We did not need any household items that weren’t provided by owners in this amazing house . Even my boys asked when we could return. Kayaks were a hidden gem. If you’ve never kayaked the canals, please make time to do so. Dolphins swam within 10 yards of me while I was kayaking. We will miss this amazing vacation rental until our return.

Thanksgiving Joy
5 PLUS STARS!!! My family and I (husband and two Adult Children) spent a fabulous time, a full week, at Tammy's House. Great Hostess, Great Communications, (usually less than a hour call back.) She had EVERYTHING. Kitchen had anything you needed to bake,cook, broil, tons of utensils, along with pans, pots, baking dishes etc. to go with it. More than enough Dishes, silverware, just everything!!! Easy access front door, good locks, great lighting!! Close to restaurants, stores, gas stations.WOW!!! House was as pictured in VRBO, beautiful, tastefully decorated, pool super clean, peaceful place to sit out at night and just relax. Plenty of room outside and inside, for when my sister, her husband and my Dad, came to visit. Gorgeous views, quiet, SAFE neighborhood, yet lots of great neighbors. Very Friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We will definitely rent from her again!!!

Florida Fabulousness!
I know that's not a word...but words fail to convey what a wonderful time our family had staying at Tammy's lovely VRBO. From the moment we walked in the door, it was obvious what a loved home we were in (like staying at a cousin's home...that I hadn't met). It was the perfect size and location for out-of-state family to set up "home base" to celebrate my daughter's wedding. What a joy to make a meal and dine by the pool, to retreat to our own rooms when desired, to go for a dip or take a glass of wine to the dock and just stare out at the water view. Having a fully-stocked kitchen to prepare meals, and all the towels and pool toys we needed...to say nothing of a garage to keep our rental car out of the sun, and a laundry to reduce the necessity of bringing extra clothing: we just couldn't imagine a better set-up. There is no doubt that if we come for a family visit again, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Tammy, for providing this home of peace and joy for others to share!

Loved the pool and dock on-site!
Our stay at this VRBO was perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the pool and dock, on-site. My son was up every day at 6/7 AM and caught stingrays and ladyfish. We appreciated being able to use fishing gear that was provided at the house, but also purchased a few things at Walmart and a local bait shop. They also saw dolphins and a small species of shark. One day there was a school of jacks, just bubbling at the surface of the water. My husband took the kayak out one afternoon and enjoyed the convenience of being able to get in right off of the steps on the dock. The convenience of the dock was also great when my brother-in-law came in his boat to pick us up for fishing out in the bay. Another great quality for me was the convenience of having a Publix 5 minutes up the street, as well as, Dunkin, Starbucks, and Armetta’s Gelato and Caffe…loved the authentic Italian coffee! We also found the location a very easy drive into Tampa for all of the wedding activities we came to attend. I highly recommend this home for your Apollo Beach getaway, and hope to return someday!
