Stayed here for an anniversary trip. Studio was centrally located to everything! The studio was very clean and cozy! The hosts provided all the necessary amenities to make it feel like home away from home! Would definitely stay here again if visiting Tampa and the surrounding areas! The gated entrance was a plus too!

Beautiful property
My husband and I spent 5 nights here and enjoyed the space very much. Besides the property being absolutely lovely and located in a nice neighborhood, the bed/pillows were quite comfortable, and every little convenience was provided for. We had a couple of questions while there, and our host answered almost immediately and was so gracious. Hope to book again!

Short but great stay
My 17yr old and I were doing a college visit to UT and it was so convenient just being down the road from the school, close to the mall, lots of restaurants and super close to the airport. Communication was easy and quick with Peter. He made some recommendations for restaurants and bars that I'm saving for my husband and I next visit!! Property and neighborhood is great!! I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you Peter!!!!

Luxurious studio in excellent neighborhood
The studio apartment was everything you see in the pictures plus much more. It is nestled in the very tony Beach Park neighborhood. The hosts, Peter and Rebecca Diniaco, were very gracious, generous, and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend!

Stunning home in the heart of South Tampa
There is truly nothing to complain about for this stay. The inside of the pool house was beautifully done and perfect for our short work trip. The house was along a busy street but felt super private. Peter was responsive and even texted about an internet service outage. I would definitely recommend if traveling to Tampa alone or with a friend/significant other!
