We loved our stay in Tampa! Was a clean quiet house that was perfect for our mini Vacay. The kids loved watching crab and fish in the little creek that would fill up in the mornings during high tide. Would highly recommend:) Thank you!

Great Spacious Home
The house was very well kept. We loved the separate rooms with their own identical bathrooms. Large living space and the wrap around deck was nice which provided privacy. It was a very quiet neighborhood with easy access.

Clean and spacious home with spectacular sunset views. Very quiet dead end street. Close to our venue in Palma Cia, Just a slight hiccup getting our door code but we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Family vacation
We had two families stay together at this house for Christmas. The house had everything we needed! It was clean, well furnished, very spacious, and each room had a very large walk in closet, with a double vanity bathroom - the house had a great floor plan. The neighborhood is quiet and it is close to pretty much all attractions around Tampa ( of course traffic could be congested depending on the time of the day) - there were plenty of restaurant and shopping options nearby. We loved how quiet the neighborhood was, no busy road traffic, no loud neighbors, etc.. We had an excellent vacation at this house and we will definitely come back again!

Great Weekend at this House!
This property was really nice, the living room area was very spacious right when you walk in. The kitchen had most everything we needed to make some meals and be able to use the stove top. Both bedrooms had plenty of space as well and were very clean along with the attached bathrooms for each room. Only thing that I noticed that may need to be fixed were two light fixtures were hanging down from the ceiling one in one of the bedrooms and the other in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quick getaway or long stay in the South Tampa area. Tom was a great host and helped ensure we enjoyed our stay!
