Serene modern luxury waterfront property, 8 min from the beach!

Located on a Ruskin inlet that leads to Little Manatee River and Tampa Bay.
A private dock where you can see dolphins, manatees, rays, birds..!

Back of the house has expansive lanai with beautiful views of the property and the canal. There's firepit, BBQ grill, and a gazebo near the canal where you can relax after a long day.

Interior is spacious with a pleasant decor; modern stainless steel appliances and comfortable superior furniture. Cozy bedrooms and inviting living area.

No smoking inside the house.
Guests can smoke outside with the doors and windows closed.

Bring your own fishing rod(s) and obtain needed license if you want to fish from the dock. Fishing license needed for those 16 years or older. More info, https://myfwc.com/license/recreational/faqs/

Only luggage and registered guests are allowed inside the house.
Please leave outdoor equipement outside under back patio.
Guests can open side gates to access the back.

There are closets and cabinets off limit to guests.

Great Stay!

Clean & Family Friendly!
This was a great home away from home for our first trip to FL! Very clean and kid friendly. So much space in the master bedroom/bath, living room and kitchen/dining area. Neil was very responsive and a great host! We would gladly stay again.

Great As Alway's
Once again, a great stay. This is our go to when we are in town and that is quite often as we have a lot of business here. Neil is great to deal with and is always very attentive to every need.
