The bathroom door would not close and was broken at the bottom. The air conditioning did not work and the room was hot. The back exterior door lock was broken and anybody could walk in. The dog station was totally neglected, no bags in the dispenser and the trashcan was open full and full of flies.

I usually don’t want to say much but it was disappointing because I could consistently smell marijuana in the hallways, that was the worse. A bit on dirty side and front desk was sub par. No hair dryer available for the one time we needed it and the workers at front desk were nice but it seemed subpar. Only enough towels for one person and for the price I could’ve stayed somewhere much nicer. I hope corporate can make some changes. They had non- customers hanging out in front near gazebo and then coming in for free coffee

The roommate of the property is normally under $100. During Hurricane Milton the room rate was over $250 which is Ludacris and unacceptable to do to local residents who are not on vacation but we're told to evacuate

Clean quiet and drama free
I stayed here a little over a year ago so when I booked this trip I automatically booked here and didn't look around. I really enjoyed how clean it was and how quiet. I went out several times to smoke a little and every time I was outside at the pool I had it all to myself. I come to Tampa every now and then to spend time with my family and this hotel will always be my go-to.

It is clean, nice breakfast, quiet. Not much to do nearby, but you are only a 15-20 drive from Bush Gardens, 15 to Tampa Aquarium, etc. Its a nice quiet place to stay away from the city prices.
