Kick back and watch the river flow at this quiet North Tampa retreat. Nestled directly on the banks of the Hillsborough River, this three-bedroom hideaway offers a scenic private setting and a convenient location close to many great Tampa Bay attractions.

A spacious backyard offers plenty of room for lawn games with features including a private dock and patio with a firepit. The fully screened pool and attached spa offer endless opportunities for family fun, including a furnished patio area equipped for outdoor Florida living with an outdoor kitchen, bar, and dining table, plus a mounted smart TV for happy hour entertainment. A second-floor patio overlooking the pool deck features an infrared sauna for an added touch of luxe comfort. You'll find plenty of gear provided for dock fishing, along with a kayak to explore the river and bikes to cruise the neighborhood.

Comfort and entertainment options abound with multiple living spaces designed for group gatherings. Serve drinks at the bar and shoot some pool in the playroom or kick back on one of the recliners for a cinematic viewing experience using the movie projector. Everyone can gather around the wraparound sofa in the living room for movie nights on the smart TV and the family room off the kitchen features a quiet sitting area with easy chairs and another smart TV for flexible entertainment options. The desk at the window serves as a great place to study or a remote workstation. The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, plus a handy array of counter gadgets and handheld utensils for handling family-style meals with ease.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs and feature direct access to the upper balcony. An upstairs bathroom is shared between the bedrooms and an additional full bathroom is located downstairs for household convenience. A king-size air mattress is also available to guests as an additional sleeping option.

Family amenities include board games and Pack-N-Play. This dog-friendly home features a fenced yard and doggy doors to/from the yard and pool deck. Added features include a water softener, reverse osmosis drinking water, and an HVAC system protected by UV sterilization and Active Pure technology.

THINGS TO KNOW


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
