Pool and Spa Retreat in South Tampa

Enjoy a fun and relaxing getaway in our beautiful newly remodeled South Tampa home. The open floor plan keeps the entire home connected no matter where you choose to gather. The backyard is an enormous tropical oasis. Take a dip in the resort style pool and spa completed in 2022, with natural limestone pavers and artificial turf. Enjoy the 8 person hot tub this winter! Enjoy all of the amenities of home and resort living with complementary coffee, shower products and other necessities!

• Minimum rental age of 25
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. Please check with us first for the applicable pet fee as it varies depending on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

Great Stay!
I stayed at this property with my wife and 1 year old son while displaced from a Hurricane. The property is excellent and the host/management company is easy to communicate with. No negative comments, I highly recommend this place!

Enjoyed our stay!
Nice property, very clean and we enjoyed our stay! Beds were very comfortable and have lovely hotel type bedding. Two of the rooms have king size beds and 3rd room has a full size bed. There is also a pullout sectional couch which kids enjoyed sleeping on A few things to note: there is only one tv in the living room. Would be nice if the bedrooms had tvs also. And the pool temp is same temp as hot tub and was too hot to swim in at least in the summer months. Overall, great place and would come back again, thank you!

Great stay
We stayed at the Retreat for both work and leisure with family. The location was excellent, though it's important to note that the house is on the corner of a very busy road. The home and pool were clean, and the kitchen had a good supply of appliances and utensils. The management company handled the booking efficiently with emails, texts, and reminders. However, my only gripe is the insufficient supply of trash bags and toilet paper. The "welcome bag" provided by the management company included just one additional trash bag and one extra roll of toilet paper. Be prepared to visit the store shortly after you arrive! Otherwise, it was a great spot and will definitely return! Thank you!
