Private Entrance to this 1bedroom 1bath small cozy studio with a mini kitchen ( microwave, toaster oven, Keurig Coffee , 2 burner hot plate, Refrigerator. 5 minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, Outlet malls shopping of all types and entertainment. ER Medical facilities within 5 miles. Quiet, Relaxing atmosphere on the beautiful Lake Gardenia. Bricked lighted sidewalk leads to the studio as well as beautiful outdoor spaces , outdoor kitchen and a covered dock to sit and enjoy coffee or wine anytime. Fresh linens and towels weekly. Welcome Toiletries provided. . Very Comfortable Memory Foam mattress and My Pillows for a perfect night sleep. Security lights surround the property with off street parking. Nature awaits you at Lake Gardenia. Bring your fishing pole to the covered dock, *reserve a kayak and experience the peaceful entire lake. Designed for the person who needs a temporary home away from home.
