Waterfront paradise. Dock, fishing, pool, hot tub, outdoor living, fire pit, this home is our oasis and we are positive it will be yours.
Imagine breathtaking sunrises, while you sip your coffee on the dock surrounded by bird calls. We don't have to imagine that's every morning for us. Come enjoy our home that has the perfect layout for family time. Equipped with everything to make your stay amazing.
Boat rental available upon request w/ full week stays only.

Just 25 minutes from Tampa Airport & 25 minutes from Gulf beaches, you can not find a more perfect spot. Located on a ski lake in beautiful equestrian town of Odessa, come enjoy a home that has plenty to do, or gives you the perfect setting to do nothing.
Full covered lanai offers eating outside every night, even if the Tampa rains kick in. With a custom swimming pool, adjoining hot tub, and a kiddie pool, it suits all sizes, kids, toddlers, teenagers and adults. The bonfire pit area is perfect place to sit by the lake and enjoy those bonding moments. (Campfire guitar provided.)
Fishing poles, and gear also provided for those that want to enjoy the plentiful bass that abound in our lake.
Kayaks, stand up paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, horseshoes, and more yard games are available.
Bike rack and bicycles included. The Upper Bay Tampa trail is only 5 minutes down the road and you can ride for miles on paved trails.
Our safe neighbor his filled with families, and we sit at the end of the cul-de-sac adjoining a nature preserve.
But while the peacefulness of our home is unmatched, we also love to have fun. The family room is equipped with surround sound, setup for digital movies, smart TV's with pre-set Streaming accounts!

We had a wonderful time at the lake house! The rooms are spacious and the king bed super comfy! House had everything you need and more! Host was super helpful and always responsive- would definitely go back :)

Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy your stay in! White sandy beach and heated swimming pools were a hit. Grandkids learned to paddleboard while visiting. Kitchen was furnished with most every option available. Wonderful family memories made!

What a wonderful stay for the family. Two families of five with kids ranging from 4-17 fit comfortably. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and lake daily. If you are comfortable driving a boat I would highly recommend asking to rent the boat as well. The home very comfortable and clean. The online pictures do not compart to the recent remodeling of parts of the home. The hosts were amazing to work with and were in communication anytime we had a question. We will be returning next year for sure!!!

Giving 5 starts is not enough for the communication with Matt, the homeowner. He was very responsive to any questions we had. The home was absolutely as advertised. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the house to anyone wishing to have a beautiful place to stay that is near everything in Tampa and Clearwater.

Rainbow Terrace is a little slice of paradise. It has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation without having to leave. We enjoyed the pool, the lake with the kayaks, paddleboards and the little beach as well as the bikes, campfire area and great kitchen!
