Our spacious, ~4,000 sqft home is designed with your comfort in mind. The king-size Primary Bedroom is tastefully furnished, ensuring a restful stay for all our guests. Whether you're planning a long-term staycation or a short getaway, our home offers the comfort and functionality of a private living space.

The property features a formal living room complete with a full bath and queen-size sofa bed, perfect for accommodating large groups. Adjacent to the living room is an elegant dining room that seats 6, providing the perfect setting for delicious meals and memorable gatherings.

Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate our kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art amenities including stainless steel appliances, a 6- burner gas cooktop, and built-in oven. Enjoy clean and purified drinking water with our Reverse Osmosis water purifying machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel cooking pots, pans, utensils, a television, decaf coffee/tea maker, and a recycle bin. The built-in breakfast bar and kitchenette, with a total seating capacity of 10, make family meals a delightful affair. It includes 4 seats for the kitchenette, another 4 at the bar behind the chalkboard, and an additional 2 at the countertop.

The large laundry room and handy mudroom add convenience to your stay. The oversized laundry room, fitted with a high-efficiency washer with Active WaterJet for pre-treating clothes, along with a dryer equipped with Child Lock feature, ensures a smooth and hassle-free laundry especially for longer visits.

Our open floor plan offers an optional entrance to the family room from either the kitchen or the living room's French doors. Here, you'll find another full bath and a vibrant selfie corner, perfect for capturing special moments. The family room leads to the lanai and pool/hot tub area, providing a space for entertainment and personal relaxation.

The pool and heated hot tub create a calm and tranquil oasis in the backyard. A paver path invites you to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and seating area, perfect for moments of tranquil solitude or cherished memories with family and friends.

Upstairs, you'll discover 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms each equipped with a TV and a noise machine for your comfort and entertainment. The spacious Primary Bedroom boasts a king-size bed, two large walk-in closets, double ceiling fans, and a deluxe bathroom with bathtub. Room 2 is furnished with a queen-size bed and a double closet. Room 3 also houses a queen-size bed and provides direct access to a shared bathroom, which serves Rooms 2, 3, and 4. Room 4 serves as an optional business space and features a full-size sofa bed and a queen-size bed. Room 5 is furnished with a trundle bed and includes a full bathroom. Both Rooms 4 and 5 grant direct access to the serene lanai, where you can unwind with a book or engage in conversations.

The entire home, enclosed pool area, and 8-10 car circular driveway are accessible to guests. For larger gatherings or quiet enjoyment, the pool, hot tub, both lanais, and front porch offer ample space. Guests love the convenience of exterior pool access from the upper level.

Exterior Security Camera
The property has one or more exterior cameras including a Ring doorbell at the front entrance and four additional external cameras situated around the premises. These cameras are located at:
- the lanai overlooking the pool
- the garage with a view of the driveway
- the side door
- the side of the house monitoring the pool equipment

Carbon Monoxide Alarm
The property has an alarm that detects and warns about the presence of carbon monoxide gas.
There are two carbon monoxide alarms- one in the kitchen and another in the upstairs hallway.

Smoke Alarm
Smoke alarms are crucial for early detection in case of a fire. We have placed these devices throughout the property, including the:
- foyer
- stairs
- family room
- kitchen
- living room
- all bedrooms

Noise Detector
To maintain a peaceful environment and to help ensure guests remain within acceptable noise levels, we've installed noise detectors in key locations such as the:
- foyer
- downstairs lanai
- next to the pool in the garage.

Lastly, we have a security system and an ADT panel located in the kitchen that can't record or monitor.

Please note that these security and safety devices are not actively monitored. We value your privacy as much as your security!

We understand that travel plans can vary and guests may arrive earlier than the standard check-in time of 4 pm. If you require an early check-in, please contact the host in advance. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and additional fees may apply.

Dive into enjoyment with our 8' deep, chlorine-treated pool – ideal for a refreshing swim or an energizing splash. Please note that pool is not heated.

Kids will love the array of fun floaties, and for peace of mind, we can install a pool gate for safety (must be requested at least 12 hrs. before check-in)

Looking for a soothing end to your day? Our hot tub is for you to enjoy at any time during your stay. To make sure it's ready when you are, please ask us to turn on the jacuzzi when needed, or set up a schedule based on when you plan to use it.

As pet lovers ourselves, we gladly welcome well-mannered furry friends for a small fee of $125 per pet.
