Corner Unit - 2 bedroom 2 bath - Close to downtown Tampa

This homie and comfortable property is a 2nd floor (which is the floor in the building) 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium. The unit has about 900 square feet and laid out very well. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private onsuite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk in closet. There is a 50in flat screen TV in the living room and there is also an about a 42in flat screen in the master bedroom. PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THE "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" BELOW PRIOR TO BOOKING SO THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THE SLEEPING CAPACITY IN BEDS AND THE UNIT CAPACITY.

We have several properties in the area ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Should this wonderful property not be available for the dates you need or will not accommodate your needs, chances are we have another property that will be a perfect match.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. EST and our standard check-out time is by 10:00 a.m. EST.
2. This property is located about 10 minutes from Downtown Tampa, 15 minutes from Busch Gardens, and about 30-40 minutes from the beaches.
3. We do accept pets at some properties. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. All pets must weight 35lbs or less. Dogs and cats only. WE DO NOT EXCEPT ANY EXOTIC ANIMALS.
4. We do not provide cribs or pack-in-play. There are local services that do provide those items should you desire to rent them.
5. Please note that we require a minimum payment of $500 at the time of booking and your remaining balance, if any, is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If your reservation total is less than $500 then your entire reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
6. If you pay with a credit card an additional 3% processing fee will be added to the reservation total. We only accept Visa, Discover, or MasterCard.
7. The number of people the property can sleep/accommodate may not sleep all people in beds. The total number of people unit can sleep/accommodate is the maximum number of people we allow to stay and sleep in the unit overnight.
8. MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO RENT and provide a form of identification(Drivers License, Passport, or similar) prior to checking in to confirm age and identity.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel 30 or more days prior to your arrival date we will issue you a refund of your prepaid amount(s) less an administrative fee of $100.
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival then we can only issue you a refund if we are able to get the property released. Should that occur then we will issue you a refund less an administrative fee of $100.

Okay, but not for vacation
We booked and paid for 4 weeks, and stayed less than 2. The place was clean and had newer pots and pans and coffee maker. It was fine for 2 people but would not be for more than 2. It is an apartment complex with a lot of young and working people. So very active and noisy after the bars close and in the morning going to work. It would be good for anyone who would be working in the area and not there for vacation. The unit is right across from the garbage dumpster. The first morning we were there they emptied the dumpster at 5:30 AM and the next at 6 AM people all day long came to dump their trash, so not quite. There is a very small balcony with 2 chairs, but a view of the parking lot and dumpster. The chair that appears in the living room picture is no longer there, but we brought in one of the bar chairs from the dinning table. The location is right in the middle of the city, so good if you need something but bad if you don't care for traffic and noise.

The property was very clean. They maintain the grounds very well. Noise level was minimal. This is not a retirement complex. Some extra blankets would be a plus. We did have some chilly weather in January. Cody was very helpful and courteous. All in all it was a very good experience.

We stayed at this property for over 2 months. It is definitely an 2bd/2bath apartment. Small, but clean .manager was very accommodating, saw to it that whatever we needed we received. Covid-19 closed the gym and the pool, However , we were able to use pool and gym at another complex 10 minutes away. Not convenient, but it worked. Complex was old , but well kept.

Great location for golf and tennis, although the court located in the condo village wasn’t in good condition. A nice park with good courts, however, was only 5-7 mins away.

Unit its self was very nice....the complex not so much.
The unit is just like the pictures, it is very nice, very clean. The complex is not like the pictures...it is on a beautiful small lake which was very nice...but don't get your heart set on using the pool...it was green and the furniture in the pool area was not in good shape. We didn't try any of the other amenities but the place overall just needed better maintenance. The people that were managing the property were very nice and very responsive until we got checked in, then we texted a small question and never got an answer. Overall, we had a great time, we played golf and attended a concert at the amphitheater, if we were going to be in this area again we would certainly consider this place again.

Nice place, great pool, good food nearby, and relatively close to everything on your City Pass!
My first experience with VRBO. This is a condo complex; the condos are small but bigger than your average hotel room. Rooms are well equipped (they had a blow up mattress for the other 2 people, we just had our kids sleep on the couches). Internet didn't work but we were trying to unplug so we didn't bother the manager about it; he was very responsive during the whole process. The pool/community is very nice; we had kids to play with and the pool is salt water/not chlorine. There are walking paths around two of the lakes and a decent playground just out the main entrance to the left and then an immediate right. Hungry Harry's is a great BBQ joint nearby (just down Parsons to the North). Publix and Walmart are close but realize traffic can be a bear... We were within about 45 minutes of everything you'd want to visit on a City Pass. Would definitely do again. Thanks for a nice, clean, safe place to stay on our visit to Tampa!
