Walking distance from Hillsborough River, this charming house beckons with its perfect blend of space & comfort. Tailored for gatherings, the house accommodates 16+ guests with ease. Experience naturally lit open layout, highlighted with tasteful decor and cozy furnishings. The well-appointed kitchen caters to culinary delights, and the outdoor grill is ready for al fresco feasts. Come savor the river breeze or take a dip in the refreshing pool.

-Swim at your own risk.

-No Smoking inside the property or near open doorways.

-Upon availability, early check-ins and late check-outs are charged at $50/hour, with early check-ins by 12(noon) and late check-outs by 12(noon). Unexpected Late Check-Outs are set at $100/hour.

-Due to high occupancy rate, we cannot honor early check-in requests made on arrival day.

-Guests are welcome to use the grill and propane is provided. In order to keep our cleaning cost down, we do ask guests to clean the grill after every use. A $50 extra cleaning fee may apply if the grill is left dirty.

-Internet must remain connected. We have various monitoring (non-recording) smart home devices (i.e., Smart Door Locks) to facilitate remote services via the internet (i.e., updating your entry code to allow early check-in). Guests are asked not to disconnect any of our smart home devices. There is a $200 Device Reconnection fee for each disconnected device.

-Pets are welcome! We have a one-time $100 pet fee. A pet fee will be charged even if the pet(s) are not correctly added as guests.
--Please pick up after your animals. An extra cleaning fee will be charged if we must pick up animal waste around the property. You are responsible for your animal's actions and damages. If an extra cleaning is needed, you will be charged for the additional amount. If your pet is used to being on the sofa or bed, please provide protections to place on top of them.

-10 Guests are included in your stay.
Additional Guest(s) - $30 per guest per night.

-Events must be approved by the Manager.
Undisclosed Events - $2000 per event.

-Lost & Found
Items will be stored for 30 days at our Lost & Found Location.
Contact your Host to arrange pick-up.
Shipping service is available at $50 plus shipping cost.

We loved it!
We stayed for a week in the very hot end of July. The AC was wonderful throughout the main house and mother-in-law house. The pool was well maintained and in a beautiful setting with nice shade trees. Pool was nice and cool compared to very warm beaches in the Tampa Bay area, so a great way to cool off on hot days. Kids loved the pool toys too! We had a group of 13 with 4 kids, 2 teens, and 7 adults. Plenty of room for gathering and meals together in main room. Pool table doubles as a ping pong table and was lots of fun for everyone. The kids also enjoyed the Nintendo game console. Richard was a great host and was quick to help out, whether for picking up a pan we needing for baking or getting more toilet paper sent over towards the end of our trip. Richard also gave some great suggestions on local attractions! Thanks so much! The house is within walking distance to the nearby boardwalk by the river - lots of wildlife, including gators! The house is only a couple minutes away from the Shell gas station and Winn Dixie grocery store - very convenient! There were also plenty of other amenities that we didn't even get to use, like a fire ring and firewood, yard games (volleyball, Cornhole, etc).

Summer Stay
Everything was great. My guests and I enjoyed everything from the layout of the house; the space we had to be all together and centralized location to everything. Only thing that I would rate lowly was fridge didn't work properly to where we had to use the freezer for food so it didn't spoil and light fixture above kitchen table "dusty".

Perfect for Bush Gardens
We went to Bush Gardens and needed a place to stay and this house was perfect! Loved how close we were to the park. On my morning walk I spotted 3 alligators. So awesome!

Stunning Property
The house was awesome. The check-in process was seamless. Everything was in place and very clean. The property manager was very nice and Johnny on the spot. I will definitely stay at this property again in the future. This is definitely more than five star property.
