This is a BEAUTIFUL and VERY CLEAN home that has been recently renovated and is located in a private cul de sac, in a very safe and quiet community.

House is equipped with central air conditioning and ceiling fans. The house will be nice and COLD!

The kitchen has granite counter tops, new floors, stainless steel appliances that include a dishwasher, a Keurig coffeemaker and a microwave. It is stocked with all amenities and ready to go. Espresso custom designed wood cabinets including a center island.

The Master bedroom has its own master bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with a 48 inch 4K Smart TV’s and SPACIOUS closets.

*The 2 QUEEN sized beds hold 4 people. Many people have asked to have a 5th person stay in the house, the 5th person may stay on the comfortable sectional sofa.

The living room has high ceilings with a 55 inch 4K Smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a comfortable sectional sofa.

**Home is stocked with all your needs: sheets, towels, plates, cups, pillows and more!!

Full access to backyard (fenced in) with patio table and chairs. BBQ also available for use.

This beautiful home is located in Oldsmar close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and entertainment! It is also located less than 5 minutes from shopping and dining, playgrounds and from the 2,500 acre freshwater Lake Tarpon with county park, 12 min. to the Gulf; Honeymoon and Caladesi Parks, close to shopping malls, restaurants. Only a 20 minute drive to Tampa Airport and 10 minutes to the BEACH!!

The address was convenient to what we wanted to do. It was a quiet neighbourhood. The house was clean and had a comfortable backyard and lanai. We loved the keyless entry! For being our first VRBO experience we feel that things went well.

Wonderful Stay!
This house was extremely clean and comfortable. We would stay here again, and I highly recommend. Our host was quick to respond. When we arrived, the A/C did not appear to be working properly, but our host quickly got the issue resolved, and it worked perfectly after that. We slept very well, and it was so quiet!!! This was a very enjoyable vacation.

Property interior was exact as shown in pictures. Feel the door leading to the garage should have a lock on it. Some small cosmetic items need attention. A few more toiletry items needs; large trash bags, toliet paper.

Great house!
We were staying there because it was really close to our daughters house and she just had her first baby. It was perfect for what we needed it for. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. I would stay again. The only thing that was not very good for us was there was no king bed and we like room. But the beds were nice and comfortable.

Angela was prompt with her communication! The home was beautifully renovated and very clean!!!! The cabinets were fully stocked as well as the linen closets. Angela provided a gas grill and plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. In closing, the price was phenomenal which would bring us back again.

Blue Jay Spring Training
Nice place in a very quiet neighborhood. We had some issues but they were resolved very quickly. Great bike paths behind the house and not far from the Pinella Trail if you wanted to ride further. Walmart & grocery shopping close by. Lots of attractions in Dunedin, Clearwater & Tarpon Springs. We stayed for the entire month of March and had one evening of rain. Weather was fantastic.

A peaceful and rejuvenating visit.
My son and I have been coming down to the Dunedin area for 8 years now for baseball spring training. This rental is the best one so far. We enjoyed it so much we are coming again next year. The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is well stocked. We ate almost all our meals at home because my son loved cooking in it. The beds are comfortable and the Master bath is beatiful.

This property met our needs perfectly. We were house hunting and needed a spot that made travel to places in Pasco county as well as Pinellas county easily accessible. The neighborhood was very quiet with a lovely park and walking trail just a block away. Groceries, restaurants, and shopping were very convenient. The home was clean and well equipped. I will admit to being a little anxious when the grandkids came by as there is alot of glass in the furnishings. The owner, Angela, quickly and graciously responded to the few questions we had. She was a delight. I will say that if you want to experience any Florida vibe, you will need to travel out of this community. There are wonderful beaches (Honeymoon Island, Fred Howard Park) just a short drive away and the downtown's of nearby Safety Harbor and Dunedin, also close by, are delightful. Very pleased with our 4 week stay in this reasonably priced home.

House beautiful house that has 2 major problems
The 2 major problems with this house are the bathroom shower, water is coming up through the floor. the other major problem was the circuit breaker for the kitchen tripped 3 times and all times when it was still dark outside. No working flash light and my husband had to go to the panel box and reset the breaker. VERY DANGEROUS! We had to reset all 3 TV's and that took a day and half to get right. I feel we should get a rebate of at least $200 for having to put up with all this. In addition, not enough dishes, no wine glasses and the sheets were greasy. Found that out when I went to change the bed and took out 2 sets of sheets that I would not let a pet sleep on. Would I rent again, NO!

Quiet Spacious Location about 30 Minutes to Beach
Overall I have to give 5 stars with the exception of a few things that need changing. I loved that this spacious house is located near a park where I could walk, watch birds, and ride my rented bike. The smaller bedroom needs a new bed. The master bedroom was excellent, but the smaller room had a bed that made noises every time one moved on it. It was firm enough, but appeared very old when I looked at the mattress. None of the elegant dishes were microwaveable. They all have metal rims which can start a fire or ruin a microwave if used. Most vacationers who fly in are tired already, so they don't want to go hunting down paper plates and bowels if they'd like to warm something up in the microwave. I think Corelleware would be a safe choice. She was kind enough to buy several coat hangers at my request. I loved the 2 person swing in the front yard and the peace and quiet of the neighborhood in general. It was so great to see a hibiscus tree and a couple flowers blooming. The yard should have had leaves raked and patio dusted before I arrived. I didn't use it for that reason. Owner emphasized I could call her at any time with requests. While I was there, service people came to fix ice machine and replace some lights that were out. They were extremely professional, but I didn't want to lose more private time to have to be home while someone worked on cleaning patio and lawn. My older children and I enjoyed the beach many times while staying and it was about a half hour drive. It might be difficult to have small kids at this property with all the lovely cut glass items and glass tables. Couch was a dream to sit on, but the table chairs were not comfortable for anyone with back issues. Its as if the springs were not firm enough. I still have to give 5 stars (owner is very pleasant) and hope to see these improvements in future when possible for her to achieve.
