This newly renovated, stylish home includes amenities such as: Pool, Grill, Smart TV’s, fully equipped kitchen, High-Speed Internet and more! Your host has paid attention to every detail of this home to create a great guest experience. The fully equipped kitchen includes, stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, silverware, utensils and everything you’ll need to cook and prepare meals for your friends and family. The property was great but really needs a washer and dryer. Also need to have beach necessities like umbrella, chairs, etc. The kids loved the pool and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked great! Overall great place

Celebrated my birthday, have family who live in the surrounding area
The location is perfect to sit back and enjoy the beautiful weather and view. Very quiet and the house is clean and well kept, would like to look forward to using it in the future.

The house was very clean, pool/deck are beautiful, and the beds are very comfortable! Great decor, beautiful kitchen and fun game room. Contacted the owner for a question and was answered right away. Would definitely recommend!

I rented this house for my staff for a work trip. We rented this house solely for the pool. We had to add about 4 inches of water to the pool so the motor didn’t blow up. The house itself is newly renovated and nice. However we didn’t get to use the pool. When I told the host the response was “we will do better for our next guest” well that’s great but what about your current guest?”

Overall not bad. The grill wasn’t working and they sent someone out the next day. It worked a short while and then didn’t work again. It was clean. It really needs a washer and dryer especially for people staying a week. There were 2 towels per room making the end of the week with the same towel undesirable. I would definitely say it was nice and clean!

Amazing week in Tampa!
We used the home for our family vacation. Our kids are all adults now and we all had lots of room. The home has been extensively renovated and looks great. The bedrooms are a great size and the beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors very friendly. Our favorite part was the back patio and the view of the canal. We used the patio every day and loved to watch the fish jump on the canal. We even saw dolphins in the canal one day. It would have been nice to have a washer & dryer but the laundromat was close by. The landlord was very responsive and checked in with me to make sure we had everything we needed. We definitely recommend this home and would love to come back again.

Dirty…not a holiday accommodation
When we arrived, the accommodation was dirty and the bed linen was not fresh. There were still clear traces (blood) of the previous tenant visible. The bed linen that was then put on came directly from the supermarket without being washed. Dishes are made of plastic, there is nothing luxurious about them. There are no pool towels. The pool was also not cleaned. In summary: This house is not run like a holiday accommodation. Absolutely no recommendation.
