We loved this place! Our family of 5 was super comfortable and the host even left a pack and play for our 2 year old to sleep in. Any questions we had were answered quickly and the host was very helpful! Thanks for a great stay!

Backyard Paradise
House was clean and comfortable. The backyard was the best - pool, hot tub and cabana with TV. We spent most of our time in the backyard enjoying all it had to offer. Owner was very accessible and accommodating.

This home is well set up for families. We enjoyed the backyard and the location was very convenient. The owners were accommodating and pleasant to deal with! Tropical storm Nicole did not deter our enjoyment of this place!

Location was perfect!
Perfect place to meet up with my daughters young family and have some downtime by the pool. We were in town for a wedding and this was central to beaches, Busch Gardens and the wedding weekend festivities. A great neighborhood to walk the sidewalks and an added bonus was the quick walk to cows and horses. I would stay here again! Hosts were very responsive and timely!

The owners were very responsive to assist with details and have tried to update the entire interior of the home. It could use some additional accessory furnishings and kitchen equipment but it served our needs quite nicely.

It was a great location, great size home. Some upgrades needs and things need attention. Property manager was very quick to response. Few things they can work on. grass was not cut when we arrived. AC had issues, pool needed cleaned and trash bins were already full when we arrived. There were very few towels, toilet paper. Overall it was a great home just need to pay closer attention to those details.

The house itself is fine, home owner responded quickly. The backyard and pool were nice. However, the inside of the house was very dirty, kitchen, bathrooms, rugs, flooring, all needed to be cleaned. Dishwasher had dirty dishes, perishable food left in the kitchen. Garbage can for street pickup almost full. Would not recommend.

Inside of the home was clean, outside was awful.
These were nice hosts and the check-in and communication were great. I believe they may be new to short-term rentals. The inside of the house is clean and comfortable and wasn't bad, but be aware that the renovation done to it was mainly cosmetic and the pictures are a little deceptive. There are many areas with damaged sheetrock that was not repaired, but simply painted over. There are also no places to hang clothes in any of the closets, making them useless. The exterior of the house is in very poor condition, the grass had not been mowed in weeks and the first impression seeing the house is bad. The neighborhood isn't great, with neighboring houses also in disrepair. There was a tremendous amount of trash(cigarette packs, dirty socks, cigarette butts, empty water bottles) in the back yard, especially around the grill. The pool had not been cleaned in quite a while prior to our arrival, so it was filled with leaves, grass, dirt and debris. The decking around the pool is cracked, uneven, and also in need of repair. The owners will also watch you with cameras when you are outside, so be aware. We know this because one of our local guests mistakenly brought a dog with them and we got a message and a bill first thing the next morning. (We didn't have a problem with the fee as we know the house has a no pets policy and it shouldn't have happened, but it was pretty creepy to know that they were watching us.) We've rented many homes in many areas of the country for years and this was a house that we were most disappointed in compared to the pictures in the listing, especially for the price.

Short Vacation
It was a great location and great size home for a family of 4. House was clean and comfortable and host was very responsive. There are a few things that could be improved such as a heater for the pool, better showerhead in the master bath or maybe adding a game room with more activities for the kids but overall it was great. I would definitely recommend this property and stay there again whenever around in that area again!

Had an awesome stay at this property. Our host, Mario, was super communicative, and the house was perfect for 4 adults. Loved the backyard, pool, and hot tub as well as hanging out at the fire pit watching some football under the stars. Would absolutely stay again.

Actually not a catfish, at all.
I can't think of a single house rental that has not at least in some ways catfished me. Sure the pictures are technically accurate but if you could zoom in a little bit you would see some things you don't like. At this point I have come to expect and accept that. This place was pristine. It was everything the pictures showed and more. The pictures actually don't do it justice. I have never understood why people go back to the same place more than once, in my opinion it is always been preferred to go and explore new places every time. This one is the exception. I will be visiting this home again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!
