Located at Sailport Waterfront Resort. This one bedroom with queen size sofa bed is good for business travelers, couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We take all of your needs into consideration. The condo is fully equipped and ready for you to come in and enjoy your stay! You have access the entire condo. We are here for you as little or as much as you’d like! The condo community is very safe and has 24 hour security. Enjoy the geo-thermal pool, which is kept at a nice 84 degrees all year long. You can also enjoy some yummy food or cocktails at our poolside bar and grill: Big Bamboo Bayside. Make sure you don't miss the amazing sunsets then cozy up by the fire pit and tiki torches after the sun goes down
The sunsets here are absolutely amazing. Make sure to bring your camera and be prepared to relax by the fire pit and make some friends. I highly recommend a vehicle unless you want to completely unwind. .

Nicely remodeled condo with a great view
This condo was nicely renovated and owned/operated by great people! The process was entirely easy, parking was an absolute breeze. The property itself is meh but that's not on the owners of this condo. This listing is easily 5/5 stars!

PERFECT SUNSET SPOT
Perfect for me and my girlfriend for a get away. Had trouble finding the location at first. The host answered our phone call immediately and got us on track. Everything is close to this condo.

Loved the location. Came with our family for the Blue Jays games and it was perfect distance. The pool and common areas were a great way to cap off the day after coming back from a day full of excursions. Made us even think of wanting to purchase one!

This place is exactly what is listed. Small but comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. The view was perfect. Patio chairs and table allowed me to enjoy it even more. Overall I would stay here again. Location was great, room was comfortable and close to the pool (bonus points ) and the space was clean.

Great Stay
I was on a work trip at the convention center, about a 15 minutes Uber away. I wanted a place to get away each night and enjoy the bay. This was a perfect spot. Whether I was sitting on the balcony enjoying the views or sitting in the Adirondack chairs by the fire. It was perfect. It was also clean and very easy to access.

Our stay at Rocky Point was great even though the weather didn't cooperate. Right on water, had pool and small outside restaurant/bar! Adjacent to major highways giving you easy access to many west coat city's! Would recommend as a great place to stay! Probably will be back!

Small but mighty!
Perfect for a fun get-way or business. Wonderful view, close to everything, easy on-off major highways, close to airport (10 minutes), and we felt very safe there. The few small problems we had were handled within an hour by management.

Amazing View
The condo is clean with an open floor plan and nicely equipped kitchen. The view from the balcony is worth the reservation! Prefect place for a meal or just relaxing. The grounds, pool & tiki bar all all well cared for. Visual security & maintenance staff made me feel comfortable. We had a great time!

Surprising Find
As we turned the corner into the property, we didn't know what to expect. We where pleasantly pleased in the quaint accommodations. The view of the bay was awesome, the amenities kept us on property when we was not being tourists. We had toddlers and they enjoyed the pool, French fries, sand volleyball court. Thankfully kitchen saved us emensely, great price, great view, great heated pool....awesome french fries....

The property itself is nice. It’s clean and updated. Great to have a kitchen. The view is great! The bedroom is a little stuffy, needs better air flow. Maybe add a ceiling fan. The resort is a little run down and doesn’t offer too much. The beach and pool are just ok. The resort is quiet and mostly clean. Location is convenient to the airport and several restaurants. A bit of a drive to Clearwater and Clearwater beach.

Christine was remarkably responsive, and kind. The parking was easy, and provisions in the unit were perfect. I was disappointed that there was no possible way to walk along a shore line. This is the only reason I will not give it a 5 star.

The view is great! However for the price I think they could have included a pizza cutter, glass baking dish, hot pads, new cushions for the balcony chairs, and no tongs for the kitchen. I think the owners need to remove the mold from the bathroom. We were paying a premium price for the week we stayed and I feel we did not get what we paid for.
