The surrounding area is somewhat industrial and contains lower income housing, but the neighborhood is very quiet.

Close to downtown, cruise boat ports and airport. The host was excellent in providing assistance. Accommodations were good, clean with fully equipped kitchen. Definitely would stay at this property again

Great location and 5 minutes downtown to the Amalie Arena... Very clean and nice layout with bedroom on each side. Was able to fit my full size truck in garage...on an angle but still fit. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice stay for event at Convention Center

This was overall a nice stay for family of three. Quick drive to downtown and Ybor city, and even though in a light industrial setting was pretty quiet. Had everything we needed to make it feel like home

Convention Convenience

We chose the location due to the proximity to downtown and we’re not disappointed. 10 minutes at the most to everything. The condo was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Stairs are steep for a handicapped person but made it ok. Had storms every day which made the WiFi spotty at times but that’s Florida. Host even opened the garage doors when we got there during a downpour so we didn’t get soaked. Would definitely stay again.

Rwally nice townhouse close to Ybor

Really nice 2BR townhouse! Hardwood floors, large showers and full fledged electronics and kitchen. The townhouse also had a garage which made parking easy. The host was very hands on and communicated with me the entire time.

The house worked out perfectly

We had a great stay and this home met our needs perfectly. The home has easy access to main roads and highways. We had everything we needed. The house was well stocked. It was clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home for your travel needs to Tampa.

Modern, Comfortable and Well Equipped

We had a great comfortable stay. The condo is well equipped and very close to many Tampa attractions. The spaciousness of the condo was an added bonus with a garage and second living room downstairs. Also nice to see a Tesla solar system in action powering the condo. Owner was easy to reach and prompt for any questions we had.

Very nice 2/2, worked out perfect!!

We were in town for a wedding and needed somewhere close to the venue. This was about 3 miles from the venue on Davis Island. Got to meet the owner at there was a last minute WiFi issue that happened before we checked in. He was a very nice guy and made sure the Internet was up and running for us before he left. Would definitely use it again if we were staying on the area on the future

Great location to Tampa.

We stayed here to move our daughter out of college. Was a quick drive to her campus which was nice. Then we had to commute back & forth to Tampa General Hospital- easy drive. The location/area was fine. Nice 22nd street coffee place down the road. YBor city was really close and convenient- lots of restaurants. The townhouse was great, clean, and had everything we needed. Nice touch - came with toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, & body wash - that was a bonus. The manager/Derrick was great to communicate with & always responded back quickly. Unfortunately our full size pickup wouldn’t fit in the garage, but we were able to park close to the garage door with no issues. The next door neighbor played pretty loud music the one night, but we were so tired- it didn’t keep us up (thank goodness). Overall a great place to stay that’s close to Tampa. Would definitely stay here again.

Misrepresented

We had family emergency. Couldn’t get a hold of owner. Tried from 1:00 pm on. Didn’t get any response till 4:20. Check in was supposed to be 4pm. Drove by house on way to airport and the front of the house looked way different from the back which is what the picture of house was. Neighborhood left a lot to be desired. Houses surrounding the vrbo house were in very pooor condition. Wasn’t a good neighborhood. Definitely felt unsafe. Informed owner of problem. Never heard from him until 10:30 pm. After that kept getting computer generated messages with instructions. Informed owner we never entered home and the messages didn’t apply to us. Kept getting the messages. Was very disappointed
