This 3 bedroom / 2 bath home is the perfect getaway centrally located in Seminole Heights (Tampa)! Spend your days by the beautiful pool relaxing and grilling, hanging out by the firepit, and playing pool.

All Tampa attractions are within a 15 minute drive/uber:
Old Seminole Heights - 3 minutes
Downtown Tampa - 10 minutes
Channelside - 10 minutes
Harbour Island - 10 minutes
Hyde Park - 12 minutes
International Mall - 13 minutes
TPA International Airport - 13 minutes

Guests will have access to the entire home and private backyard.

Seminole Heights is known for its quaint 20th-century homes with popular tourist attractions. There are many bohemian bars, eateries, and vintage shops, along with galleries, and regular live music.

Ubers and Lyfts are easily accessible.
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.

-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (6 Max).

-- No more than 3 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street. No parking in the grass.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock the doors when you leave the home.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.

What a great stay!
Location was perfect. House was clean and very spacious. Pool and flot top grill was a bonus!

Tampa stay
First and foremost-the neighborhood was not what we expected. The home was very clean. Both bathrooms had toilets that didn’t function properly, the toilets wouldn’t fill to flush and water pressure in the showers extremely low. The kitchen had absolutely no towels for dishes, pot holders etc. And only one extra blanket throughout the house. We enjoyed our stay due to the people we were with. Also close proximity to the hockey arena as we were there primarily for a hockey game.
